You call in to ask IF they can even help with a situation... Take note, not to help with something, it's to inquire IF they can help with something, and immediately they say well we will have to do some research and that has fees. I am sorry but I am not paying fees for you to potentially tell me you can't help me... Call elsewhere.

I used this service for an excessive speeding ticket and they did not do anything to help. I paid for them to negotiate and the results were that they pushed back the court date. Not one negotiation went through. All this company does is push back your court dates until it is too late for you to do anything. Also, when I showed up for my court date, I was informed that there was evidence against me. I was never shown before hand. When I called to ask them why they never showed me, they responded with you never asked". This service is just a big scam and not worth your time or money."

The company is very responsive and easy to communicate. However they couldn’t help much to dismiss or deduct the speeding ticket. And they gave wrong information that they received from the court. Strongly not recommend to buy their packages.

Had all the proof of not using my phone because I received a Holding a cell phone while driving.The officer saw a black rectangle item in my hands, it was actually a donut. I went back to the Tim Horton where I bought my Boston Cream just 5 minutes before getting stopped to get a receipt and actual video of me buying the Boston Cream, had a copy of data usage with no activity,I didn’t want to lose 5 points, that was my main thing. I did get a reduced fine but lost my points anyway.So with the reduced sentenced plus the Solutions Ticket fees, I ended up spending more money and lost points. At one point they called me and forgot about all the proof I had sent them.

Worst service ,never ever try there service for tickets. Better pay the ticket and solve the case directly in court rather than trusting solution ticket and paying them .From my personal experience..

Worst employees ever met. At the time of getting client they were very nice and saying they gonna help reduce the CVOR points. Bit now they are asking their client what he wants them to do. You guys being lawyer don’t know anything???? So as of today they are saying don’t call them anymore as they don’t know how to process.

Do not waste money!!I got speed ticket in Montreal Hwy and spent $350 to this guy, they said as if they can eliminate point but they dropped 1 point after contacted prosecutor.I went to court by myself and dropped speed and 1point, same result to this guy.In Quebec, prosecutor do not eliminate all point, so go to court by yourself if you want.If not, just pay ticket and do not go to this guy, they suck your money only.They can not help you !!!

I would not use the services again. I got a speeding ticket last year and hired solution ticket to help me deal with it because I was out of province. I specifically indicated that I lived somewhere without access to a cell phone or telephone line and could only communicate by email. I never received any confirmation of what the outcome of my trial was and when I followed up through email with the lawyers they consistently told me to call the courthouse (which I could not do because of where I lived).I called the courthouse today because I am now back in cell phone service and found out that I have been driving around with a suspended license and my ticket has been increased by $60 because I missed the payment date that no one had informed me of?Their prices are fair and their availability to help you is good if you call them, but for my circumstances I did not find that they provide good support. As a paying customer I feel that communication should have been better and that I should have been made aware of a) the outcome of my trial, b) what I owe and how many demerit points I will receive and c) what the deadlines for payment are. This should have been information accessible to me through my file with them, or sent by mail (which it was not). None of these things were communicated to me and when I tried to follow-up I was met with dismissive emails about call the courts".Overall
