Plaza Premium Lounge (US Transborder, Terminal 3)

Good service but can get a lil claustrophobic with the design and on busier days. The coffee station could be redesigned to ensure the aisle and access towards it is not impaired. Limited washroom scope too, so better off to grab a quick bite here And head off to better pastures

The staff is friendly. The chairs comfortable but slightly dirty and have some weird smell.

I liked this lounge. It requires an AMEX Platinum credit card to enter. The food is delicious. Coffee/Lattes included. It would be nice if they had places where I could work more effectively (i.e desks with power outlets easily accessible).

UPDATE: lowering to one star. Visited again and wow that was bad. Hot, packed and uncomfortable. Felt dirty just to be here. The receptionist was nice but I ended up leaving in favor of just sitting at the bar in the bar downstairs.Last review:Confused where these reviews are coming from. In terminal 3 and had to take the elevator up to this lounge after the dut free area. It's very small and has no bar seating just open seating. The food selection is minimal and I found hairs in my food. The bar service was good and the table bussing service was actually exceptional. The food itself aside from the hairs was decent but not great. Bar service was quick and decent as well. It was easy to get through reception. It got busy after I joined and people seem to be having a hard time entering after me.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful.Alcohol/beer selection is just “meh”.Food choices are good and tastes good.It can get a bit crowded. Downside is it closes early 7pm.

Depending on when you go, this can be a hit or miss. It's small. Can get stuffy, like the other plaza lounges. Food often takes like airplane food, perhaps just warmer. Wish the glasses were cleaner! It is #halal though. One bathroom. Staff seemed nice :)

Solid lounge; Amex Platinum holders can enjoy this spot for free.Open as of April, 2022. The food is pretty tasty, a few hot dishes, a few salads, nothing crazy, but dishes offered were tasty.Nice little lounge for those heading back to the US, has a bar and a few other drink options.Friendly and professional staff, very nice experience and will revisit next time!

Lounge is located by gate A10 and is upstairs , so take the elevator. Lounge is small, with an okay variety of food options. Went here in the morning before our flight and they had scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, oatmeal, yogurt, apples, etc. Only single occupancy men and women washrooms here, and no showers. Staff could be a bit quicker with the used plates/cups clean up. Overall, okay place to grab some food before your flight!

Smallest lounge I've been to. There's a mix of lounge chairs, bench seating with tables, and high tops. Breakfast was oatmeal, baked beans, sausages, scrambled eggs, and home fries like a school cafeteria. Continental foods like muffins, bagels and yogurt are available. There's also fountain soda, juice, and an espresso machine. The private bathrooms are nice.I expected it to be quieter at 8am on a Thursday morning but it's not an exclusive lounge. I have a 5 hour layover so the $80 cost for 3 hours seemed worthwhile when I'd have buffet food and drinks to pass the time.I landed in Toronto at 7am (terminal 3) and my next flight was terminal 3 gates A which meant I had to go through security again. It took an hour after landing to get to the lounge for anyone planning a layover.

We visited this lounge at the Toronto Airport, the staff is really welcoming and courteous. I found the food choices very limited and the facility to be very small, though luckily it wasn't very crowded when we visited. The facility and the washrooms are clean and has good ambience. Thing to note is this lounge is open only until 5:30 am to 5 pm daily. Please like my review if you find it helpful.
