Josh from Viking Restoration and Waterproofing redid our dull uneven patio in front of our house. He transformed it into something exciting and eye catching!!! He used natural stone and aggregate from the Stone Place and we couldn't be happier with the end result! We did need a bit extra aggregate to finish the product so I went to talk to someone at the Stone Place. What tremendous customer service!!! I highly recommend the Stone Place for anyone looking for a project similar to what we had done!!!!!

A very positive experience. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ginette was especially patient with us and gave us good advice. Pavers were delivered on time with no mistakes on the order. I would recommend them highly.

The most condescending and outright rude office staff ever. And not just once but on 3 instances, every step of the transaction. Needless to say, never again. Prefer dealing with companies that condone mutual respect.

My husband and myself have been here a couple of times for landscape stones and pavers. The people here have always been helpful and knowledgeable. They are very good to work with. Would highly recommend checking here for your landscaping needs. Ginette is who we worked with today and she is very communicative and friendly.

I got 4 yard soil and multch in yard bags, but it was not one yard in each bag. As I am a civil engineer it wasn't difficult to measure and find that it was 15% less than expected because the height in the bag was 31.5 inch only. In addition, when I returned the yard bag, they deducted $10 from the bag deposit which was not addressed on the order or claim sheet.

Yesterday, I took delivery of 1 yard of High Performance Bedding (HPB)from the Stone Place. When the product was delivered, I notced that it was half covered in freshly fallen maple leaves while in the dump truck. I hoped that, when dumped, the leaves would blow away, allowing the much denser HPB to drop to my driveway in the clean condition I was expecting. However, the leaves fell with the HPB, and left the product again partly covered with quite a collection of fresh maple leaves. (See the picture) I did not realize until later in the day, when I tried to remove the leaves that many were embedded in the HPB, and that it was quite difficult to remove them without them breaking and remaining in the product, causing it to be less than High Performance" as a debris-free bedding

The customer service at this company has gone completely downhill. They will sell you anything in the catalogs they have onsite regardless of whether they can actually get it. They will get some of your order in but force you to drive to multiple locations to cobble together parts of your order. Then they won't get enough product and suggest you wait until the next shipment to collect the remaining material but that shipment never happens. Then when you ask them when they will restock, they refuse to order more because they don't want to carry excess product over the winter" even though this is regularly stocked items and not special order stuff. So they leave you with 1/2 a project complete and 3 tons of stone you can't really use because you don't have everything you ordered. Then tell you to look around at other vendors. Terrible experience."

Great service with helping us figure out what we needed and how much from Costa! Ginette was also great with service and helpful with suggestions. Friendly atmosphere!
