Nancy was definitely a 5 star broker. She will be missed. New broker hasn't called me back in three weeks nor has anyone responded back ref an address change. Will definitely take my business elsewhere if this doesn't improve.

Rates are decent but the brokers are consistently unavailable. You're required to chase them down for your paperwork and you're lucky if you ever hear back. Often times I was forced to ask the receptionist to take care of my issues because my assigned agent wouldn't get back to me.Funny enough, I'm waiting for paperwork now to ensure my policy is not renewed and is cancelled. I've been waiting 2.5 weeks now, sent multiple emails, left voicemails and even text messages with 0 response. This is why I have chosen to take my business elsewhere.I would not recommend.

After almost 20 yrs claims free they refuse to renew my policy because of the there inability to read and understand a marine survey.the broker turnover and follow thru is ridiculous When asked for a contact to escalate thru the insurance company, response was basically can't help you. Xustomer service non existent.

Go someplace else. Customer service is non-existent. Once Kelly and Nancy left things drastically deteriorated. Calls not returned, not for hours or even days; months or never at all. I wasn't a client for a short period either. I paid for 20 years with never a claim. Could rant about the issues I had in my last few years as a client but what really irked me was when I moved to another province that has government insurance and I had to leave. Two years of calling and emailing to try and get a client history report to get rightfully earned premiums have gone nowhere. Go elsewhere seriously.
