The Funcken Café
One of my favourite on campus spots to study near a coffee supply! Love their Peruvian coffee and their sandwiches and cakes are always super delicious. Their carrot cake is especially great as a pick me up after a cold wintery day of classes. The staff is always very welcoming and nice, the cafe is clean and there are plenty of outlets for charging your devices. The windows look into the St Jerome’s courtyard which provides a pretty serene view while you work/eat!

Nondairy milk is nice but they don't really have any vegan options. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this place.

Good volume and price ratio on the tea. Also, there are fantastic bagels and everything smells good. I appreciate the herb and garlic flavour and the cheeky bit of sundried that sneaks in. Cookies are big. Staff is warm. Also good name.

My favourite place on campus. Once I started going here I never returned to Starbucks. Their delicious drinks are always made with care, and they don’t charge extra for non-dairy milk! Baristas are kind and conversational and you can get a pumpkin spice latte for $3.25

The people who work here are so astoundingly nice and put tons of effort into make the best food for there customers. I always feel so very welcome every time I come in and there food and coffee never disappoints. A must try for any SJU student or for anybody else who wants to try.

Their hot chocolate is quite different, had a whole new flavour to it, definitely recommend! Haven’t really tried out anything else in the menu
