This bakery is EASILY my most favourite part of living in Brampton. Dora and Mike are the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. This hidden gem in Brampton is one of a kind. I constantly crave Mike's cakes, and baked goods. Dora is the sweetest, kindest, most generous woman I've ever met. Every time my family and I have gone in, we've been greeted with such love! Dora makes the best cappuccinos, and really knows the history behind all of the pastries (like the story behind Zeppole) and other items in her store. I have really enjoyed getting to know Dora and Mike. They treat my family like their own family. Their hospitality is unmatched. It's been such a pleasure getting to know everyone at Delizia one-on-one.You can clearly see the love even from their regular patrons that come for lunch everyday, and all the other customers coming in to pick up Italian groceries. It's debit and cash only, but it's completely worth it. The prices are beyond reasonable and honestly we TRULY come for the people behind Delizia.Special thank you to Dora and Mike for making my 24th birthday an absolutely special one. A delicious custard-fruit cake, cannoli, zeppole, bombolone, chicken parmesan sandwiches, and pepperoni pizza.I'm sorry in advance to the readers of this review, but I am going to delve into detail of the quality of the food we tried! (:P) The pepperoni pizza was the perfect balance of cheesy, greasy goodness. Ultimate comfort food. And the chicken parm sandwich with the hot sauce had the PERFECT spice, we were actually surprised how spicy it was and loved it! All the desserts tasted fresh and lovely as always! The cannoli was perfectly crispy on the outside, and the filling was really creamy and tasty (it was my first time trying a cannoli), and we can't wait to have the cake tonight!If you haven't tried this gem yet, I truly suggest you consider checking it out! Great little family-run bakery in the neighborhood with very friendly service. Everything tasted very fresh, especially the cannolis which were freshly filled. They took the time to explain the different desserts available. Fresh bread was being replenished by the late morning hours. Looking forward to ordering one of the cakes!

I recently discovered this small Italian bakery in Brampton that has an amazing assortment of pastries and baked goods. The family-friendly atmosphere made it a great place to enjoy a treat with loved ones.Their cannolis were by far the best I've ever tried. The shells were crisp and flaky, and the filling was perfectly sweet and creamy. I would advise going early in the day to get some because they are so popular that they run out.Aside from the cannolis, they have a great selection of other pastries, such as croissants and cookies. Everything was freshly baked and had that authentic Italian flavour. They also have amazing deli meats too.The staff were welcoming and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food.Overall, I highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Italian pastry experience. Whether you're craving something sweet or savoury, this bakery has something for everyone. My kids loved visiting and can't wait to go back.

What an amazing hidden gem! I discovered this place in October when I was on the hunt for the perfect birthday cake for my mom's 65th birthday. My family loves the authentic Italian rum cake but it has been years since we have found a delicious one. I am so thankful I trusted the reviews and after meeting Dora in person I felt confident I made the right choice for the cake. It was phenomenal. Everyone at the party absolutely loved it and going forward we will be ordering their cakes for ALL of our special occasions.We finally had the opportunity to visit again today and we were greeted with the most amazing hospitality! Every single thing we had was wonderful!The veal sandwiches were delicious with authentic Italian tomato sauce and a generous amount of toppings. The veal was so tender and juicy. The espresso and cappuccino are the best we have ever had anywhere. All of the desserts were fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is so clean and inviting. This will definitely be a regular place for us from now on.

This USED to be a great bakery that my family supported for years. NOW their Customer Service is terrible! Dora and her daughter Vanessa are extremely rude!!! They don't even acknowledge their customers and thank them for their business.They treat the elderly worker Caterina" with no respect. That poor lady takes so much abuse. I witnessed how they speak to her. It 's disgusting! I will never step foot in this place again!!!"
