Recommend to anyone who’s postpartum and looking to get information on strengthening the pelvic floor and restoring your core!

Princeton is extremely lucky to have such an amazing and multi-faceted physiotherapy office! I live in Langley, BC but have been working with Sajiny and the team for the past 6 months primarily via online appointments and in person when possible. I have worked with countless other physiotherapists prior to Sajiny but struggled to find someone who took the time to assess, understand, and explain. Sajiny and the team created a rehab program that was right for my body and my busy lifestyle with 2 young kids.
