Cinderella Beauty Clinic

I’ve been coming to this clinic for about a year, recommended by a close friend. I basically went in with zero knowledge about anything including zero knowledge about the various treatments available. My main goal was anti-aging. I have pretty decent skin to begin with but at age 35 things start to sag and droop (even with my Asian genes haha), especially around the eyes. Saggy eyelids run in my family and I’m determined to prevent that for as long as possible.Anyway, the clinic had a promo (which they do regularly!) so I rushed to speak with someone and met Coco, the manager at the Burnaby location. Note, the two locations (Richmond & Burnaby) work together and offer different services. Coco was super nice and knowledgeable. I wasn’t able to book their in-house consultation that day so Coco essentially did a quick review of my face on the spot. She even wrote everything (English and Chinese) on a cheat sheet for me, so that I could go home and do “homework”. She was worried that I didn’t know what I was buying so I should go home and “research” first. I was very touched.Since Sept 2020 I have done 3x picoway laser, 1x thermage including eyes, 1x Ultherapy, and various smaller treatments. Coco helps me plan when to visit and they always send a reminder closer to. Everyone at the clinics (both Richmond and Burnaby) are super nice, super down to earth, and obviously happy to be working there!I’ve only had great service and so far satisfactory results. I’ve never tried another clinic so I can’t say how well they compare but I’m happy with my results. The 3x picoway has almost erased a long-time mark (a smudge almost like a beauty mark that melted lol) that I’ve had on my left cheek throughout most of university. Now it’s a tiny discoloration as opposed to a full smudge. I plan to continue with 3x sessions per year but it’s not necessary. With makeup the mark is no longer visible.Because I only just completed my Ultherapy session this week I won’t be able to report on any results yet. However, I tried thermage earlier this year and the results were amazing. My face and eyes were noticeably firmer and fuller. I plan to continue the eye treatment every 6 months. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the ladies are… everyone is just so great. It really adds to the experience.I know that price is big thing and I haven’t compared personally but my good friend who referred me did all the homework (I trust her a lot) and I’ve heard from others that their pricing is competitive. Also, if you follow them on wechat or Instagram they have all kinds of promos during holidays and special occasions—so not to worry.Okay, I think that’s all I have to say for now. To all the girls (and boys) reading this. Remember that first and foremost, treat your skin well. Coco said to me when I first met her that “If you don’t wash your face, use sunblock, drink enough water, and sleep enough, all the $$$ put into skin treatments are wasted!” This is so true so please remember to take care of yourself first :).

I've been coming to Cinderella Beauty Clinic Burnaby for bout a year and half. The whole team is professional and supportive, and they always recommend the best options for the treatments. The clinic is spotless and bright lit, and the receptionists are always kind and helpful. I have to thank my laser technician Jennifer particular, who is very professional and detailed, she would follow up with me regarding my conditions after each treatment. My skin condition is now significantly improving. I would highly recommend this beauty clinic.

Staff are professionally trained and certified. I asked Jessie many questions before we started. She answered all my questions patiently. Jessie is very experienced at her job, so I am very satisfied with the result. I will recommend this place to other people since this beauty clinic is well priced and well services!

Natalie is my favourite technician, she’s great at what she does and I just enjoy her presence. Amanda, who’s the owner, always ensures her clients received the best experience possible, looking for best technology to import. Whenever there was a flaw in the process and I complained to them, they addressed it immediately.Front desk girls, I just love talking to them. The vibe at Cinderella is just so great makes me keep coming back to them. They also does price match, so I don’t need to go elsewhere ;)

I had picosecond laser done at this clinic last month . And my skin noticed brighter and freckles way less . I will come back again in the winter and do it again . And on my birthday they gave me this cute birthday gift ! And free one hour facial with one of my gf . It was great experience!

I have been going to Cinderella for many years. Amanda is very professional. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. They put customers’ needs on top of everything. This is my one stop beauty clinic and I trust them to provide me the best solutions and services.

Had an amazing time at Cinderella - they have two locations, Richmond and Burnaby which is great depending where I am in the city.I did a few treatments, my favorite was the EMSculpt. I purchased their recommended 6 sessions. I’m a mommy of 2 and noticed after my first session, the morning after I could feel my abs under my tummy when I flexed which I could not for a while after having a baby 6 months ago. My clinic advisor, Rita, was amazing and thorough. So far my experience here was been great, they are also not pushy and gives good recommendations when you ask.
