Terrible delay, staff were taking their sweet time, despite letting them know we were gonna miss our flight and were in an extreme rush. John in particular at the front desk refused to help us despite people letting us go ahead of them to be served quicker. He forcibly took another customers luggage in order to not help us first. Will spend my money else where on a more reliable cargo company. Would give 0 stars if I could. Thank you to the gentleman with glasses and blonde hair who actually tried to help us out.

The evening shift is the most chill group of people, both up front and in the warehouse. Oh, and stuff gets shipped out good... which is what I'm expecting for what is being charged.

The staff here are awesome! Very helpful and are willing to explain things to you in a way you understand when you need them to. The process of shipping or receiving is pretty straightforward and painless. The facility is laid out in a functional way. I did notice some times when staff are short handed and wait times can be long which is upsetting. The location is easy to find. Good security presence.

Pretty good, open 5am to 12midnight, you may need little wait to see customer services, (because it's aircanada and its thier union job everyone feel bit special), face masks are not mandatory any more, there are coffee and chips vending machines, bring and spoil some cash or drink water if thirsty and its free.

Service is great and easy to process. Interline however is quite difficult to get a hold of when you need to send cargo to less accessible places. Although it still worked out great in the end!
