It had been weeks of worry and anxiety trying to find the best fit for us when we found this dealership and our new car guy Beker. From the beginning he was helpful, friendly and courteous without being pushy. When I had a question Beker was always there at the other end of the phone to answer and help with any concerns. We purchased a great vehicle from Autodrive Canada several weeks ago and we are absolutely delighted with it. We got a great deal and great service all in one place. Just wanted to share my experience with everyone looking for a used car....I bought my VW Jetta from AutoDrive Canada and starting from the Salesperson all the way up to the owner - they were nothing but amazing, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I really took my time and brought my dad with me to look at the vehicle. All the staff there was incredibly helpful and forthright. I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner who ensured that I was completely happy and taken care of. She even went as far as getting me an amazing warranty for my vehicle.Honestly, I am so grateful that I found this used car dealership to deal with. It was truly a simple and easy buying experience like non other. The car needed some paint work and we wanted the windows tinted, and they made sure everything was 100% completed and perfect before we picked it up. There was an outstanding issue after we got the car, and they happily took care of our concerns with no questions asked. When my car broke down I was really stressed out. I needed a good and reliable car and fast. I had my car for over 10 years and was attached to it so it was hard to look at other cars. The whole experience of buying our car from Autodrive was a pleasure ! You can tell they truly care about their customers. When we came to pickup up our car, they surprised us with 4 brand new tires! Incredible customer service - all future car purchases will be made at Autodrive Canada.
