A family run business where everyone has the time to answer your questions and show you were to find your product. Much smaller than their big neighbors up the street, but the customer service is a magnitude larger.

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, they offer a good variety of parts and products for DIY projects at home. The staff in the paint department were incredibly helpful with explaining the different brands of paint, their best application, and long term durability.I will definitely be back in the future

Family friendly atmosphere. So nice to have the popcorn machine up and running to keep the kids (and me) entertained.They usually have everything I am looking for for projects around the house and the largest YETI brand selection I have seen.Fair prices. Good selections. High quality.No nonsense at the Keswick store, just friendly faces and helpful staff.

Excellent experience! The staff were all super helpful! One even offered to assemble a Muskoka chair for me while I was doing the rest of my shopping! Great store with some amazing sales. Very happy that this is my local store now.

This is my go to store for everything. First stop to shop. Today, I received the best service ever. Under the stress of short staff due to illness, and accommodating many clients, they went out of their way to provide me with a last minute delivery. It wasnt a promise but they would do their best.
