I rented a place in Roncesvalles, Toronto with Paul as my landlord and had a great experience. The shared areas (laundry, hallway, front/back area) were always kept very tidy and clean. Whenever I had issues or questions, Paul responded very quickly (almost always within minutes/hours, never had to wait longer than a day). Paul took great care of the building and has always been very communicative and attentive. If there were repairs to be made, he brought someone in to fix things right away. Paul and Ella were kind and courteous landlords. We rented a small unit of the 3rd floor of their building for 2 years, but despite the small size, the unit was very well renovated and maintained. Paul were also quick to response to any requests or questions that we have. Highly recommend them!
