Don was easy to work With, informative and got me what i needed (car audio), and just all around a good guy. I originally got visions electronics to do my car audio but they didn't have a clue so I got refunded for half of my installation and went to krazy kileys and they just made it look easy compared to visions. Thank you

Don and the rest of the team are very helpful, knowledgeable staff. They offer great customer service and go out of their way to make their customers happy. I have been a happy and satisfied customer at Kiley's for close to 25 year's now and will continue to keep going back.

Update.. I had some issues with the equipment I purchased and the staff here (specifically, Gary)really set the standard for customer service excellence. I can only imagine the nightmare and hassle I would have had if I had bought from one of the “big” stores. Great work team!I purchased some home theater equipment here but that's not what's important. Anyone can sell you something at a competitive price. The difference here is the staff, in particular, Garry. I went to the other electronics stores in Saskatoon and was disappointed by every sales associate I met with where you know more than them and they make stuff up or they just don't listen to you and they try to upsell you evry chance they get. Garry listened attentively to what I was looking for, he understood my needs and wants, and he knew what he was talking about. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge base. It also seemed like he genuinely cared about what he was doing. It's great customer service that people like Garry provid that will keep me coming back to Krazy Kiley's. Thank you.

Great team and stand behind their product. Had a command start that was giving me issues off and on the last two years, off warranty and the team replaced the unit and have me two new fobs free of charge. This is why I'll continue to edit support local. Great experience.

I purchased a new fully installed remote car starter on December 9, 2019. The whole process was convenient, and an overall excellent experience. I phoned in and stated features needed, and hoped-for-price range. Don (salesperson) brought up the best deal for my vehicle, and quoted me a price that included removing my old malfunctioning remote starter. For a $50 deposit they booked me in for installation in less than a week. In comparison, a competitor had the same starter advertised fully installed for $100 MORE, and they weren't booking in for three weeks. I've been using the starter for a couple of days, and everything is working perfectly. I also appreciate the nice neat installation job, especially with the dash panel.

I have been wanting to purchase a sound system for my truck for a while now, two weeks ago I called krazy kiley's and spoke with a gentleman named Don. He was a pleasure to work with and within 5 minutes if talking he knew exactly what I wanted and needed and the deal was made. There was a small vibration in the box that he had shipped and they did everything to make everything right. 100% would recommend this store to anyone.

I dealt with Don through my whole experience. I was struggling to find the finishing pieces to my car audio system, and Don made the effort to ensure the system I was planning would work together BEFORE he even tried to sell me something. He got to know the situation so he could make a proper recommendation for my needs.After making final selections of parts, he was quick to ship the product and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Krazy Kiley's had better pricing and availability than any Ontario retailers, and would have happily ordered more of my system from them if I had known they'd be nice even to a non-local like myself.Great knowledge showing from Don, he really knows his stuff. I'm very happy with my experience.

I needed a stereo put in my vehicle and they were so quick on quoting me the cost with labour and everything included so there were no surprises. I brought my vehicle in and the new dash piece plus stereo had been installed within 2 hours of drop off. The job was done very neatly and everything is working perfect so far !! Would 100% recommend to my friends, some of the quickest and best service as well as amazing customer service from Don in particular for helping me out so quick !
