I was fortunate to have Dr. MacDonald as my family doctor. While I don't use the clinic on a regular basis - thankfully! - when I did need to see him urgently the staff were able to accommodate me. He is a wonderful doctor and a good human.(The new online booking system will undoubtedly help others as well)

I paid to have my medical files transferred as I moved out of province and they never did. Now looking into a potential LAWSUIT.No one answers phones, no email contact. Really unprofessional.UPDATE: I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY FILES. I have called(still no one answers phones) and emailed. This is a Kafkaesque nightmare!

awful clinic!! the only reason i'm a patient here is because of Dr. Cadesky. the admin staff are a pain to deal with and make things so much more difficult than they need to be. it takes forever to even get ahold of anyone when calling and when you finally do they will put you on hold 3 or 4 times throughout the call. it took me 20 minutes to book a basic follow up appointment. i'm glad that Dr. Cadesky is leaving this clinic soon so i won't have to deal with this anymore. i would not recommend this clinic to anyone!!

I had Dr. Garry Feinstadt in the beginning. I refused his offer of 'intimate' physical examination, because I felt uncomfortable with him. Then, he became unavailable. After not having a GP for a long time, luckily Dr. Stephen Macdonald agreed to become my GP. He is quite popular, so he very busy. However, I cannot find anything to complain about his service. He saved me many times from difficult situations. He listens to me and cares about my concerns.Regarding complaints about the receptionists, which I have seen a lot on the internet, I personally had only two or three mildly unpleasant experiences. I find the receptionists friendly and helpful in general.

Dr.Massah is outstanding. I have never had both a thorough and empathetic doctor before. Thankful for her.

I've been going to Dr Massah for a few months now and she is absolutely amazing. The online booking system is also excellent. Yes the phone lines are sometimes busy but that's understandable. Overall I've had a wonderful experience at this clinic.

Dr. Sanjay Singh is amazing. He was very professional and considerate. I was referred to see him for a rather awkward procedure and Dr. Singh was amazing at helping me feel comfortable and relaxed.They gave me an appointment within 2 weeks of my referral. I appreciated the timely reminder text messages and emails.

They do not answer their phones!! I've been on hold for 35 minutes now to make a simple request from the pharmacy, and am on the verge of giving up. This wait time is not uncommon. Anytime I have to deal with getting in contact with the office I CRINGE because I know it's going to be a weeks long ordeal.Dr. Patrick Chan is a wonderful doctor. He always listens to me, explains everything and is kind.Everything else is excruciating.*edit* They answered the phones at the 48 minute mark.

Update: It's now October 5, and still no on-line booking available. After trying unsuccessfully for three days to reach the clinic by phone, I went in person to get the lab requisition which was never sent to the lab, weeks after my doctor said it would be sent. The whole time I was there, the two receptionists were both busy and I could see the phone bank behind them, all lines flashing red. Now it makes sense why I can't reach anyone on the phone. This clinic is understaffed, and patient care is suffering because of it. I am actively looking for a new GP.My whole family have been patients here for years, and it has just gone so far down hill. No longer take walk-ins, can't get in to see a family doctor for weeks regardless of urgency of issue. It's only gotten worse since converting to a Well Health clinic. Lets get together and HOLD THE SUPPORT STAFF ACCOUNTABLE. It is time that there were consequences for their actions and it is unfair to blame the doctors.The doctors appear to be quite good. The support staff should have a '0' as based on my experience, they appear to be incredibly incompetent. As an example, my dr put in a req but the booking staff did not follow through as they decided I did not need the appointment and IGNORED THE DR request!!!!!Imagine, booking clerks making medical decisions without even notifying the DR!!!!!This is a VERY SCARY place but as that is where my DR is, I have no option.My perscriptions are almost never put through without numerous followups and hours on hold.
