This company approached us, calling saying they had a ‘government rebate’ for a tankless water system. Everything sounded great from the information we were presented with. Agreed to have them come and do an install, after the install we were given the contract. Not only did the contract DOUBLE the original cost (from $4,500 to $9000) there was no sign of any government rebate. After the install was done there were countless problems; water leaking from the unit and a gas leak that Embridge came out and diagnosed. After we called them about the gas leak they took multiple days to answer our calls and come out to fix the leak. Not only was this dangerous, it also costs us $500. At this point we still had not signed the contract and because of our experience (this company feels very much like a scam) we decided we wanted to have the water heater removed. This got dragged out to be a two month process, purely because of tardiness of the way this companies runs. Every time we had a scheduled appointment for the removal the tech wouldn’t show up and we wasted our day sitting around. The ladies at the office were extremely disorganized and at one point one of them pretended to be the manager on the phone when we had an issue we wanted to discuss. (We knew them all by voice at this point) If you don’t want to feel scammed, lied to, have your life put in danger by a gas leak and your time wasted then steer clear of this company!!

I was in the market for a new furnace, and air conditioner. I was renting my hot water tank. If my cat scratches my couch, I can get flustered, I like to take care of my things, guilty as charged for being a perfectionist. I am glad that I upgraded my home hardware, and during the whole installation process, I felt very well taken care of, and listened to. Would recommend services if you're in the London, or Windsor area.

I inquired about the government rebate program through home service professionals. From the very first call everything was perfection. I spoke several times over the phone where they were extremely informative and ready to answer all of my questions. Ron came to my home to do an inspection and let me know what my options were. I was unsure about my furnace and water heater and what I should do with them. Ron was able to tell me that my water heater was extremely old and needed replacing. This is when he recommended the tankless water heater and inform me of the benefits and rebate program. I went with this service immediately. He answered any and all questions I had and continued to do so all the way up until the initial was complete. Chris came to instal my tankless water heater and he was nothing but professional and friendly. I am happy with the service and I hope others jump on the band wagon of tankless water heaters in our future. Thank you for your service.

Ron, the service rep, came in and was immediately accommodating and truthful. He made the experience easy to follow and understand and walked us through every aspect of the installation of our new tankless water heater and high efficiency furnace. The installation itself, done by Chris, was perfection and Chris went above and beyond setting up our new units. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks!

As our house required a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water system, I actually has 6 different vendors quote on new equipment. I decided to go with Home Service Professionals, and I'm glad I did. Ron, our main contact with HSP, helped us decide on the appropriate equipment, offering us excellent equipment, and quality service at a reasonable price. Due to the age of our house, there were a few 'glitches' that had to be dealt with, and I have to say that , at all times, Ron was engaged and attentive. If I had any concerns (and I did), Ron was excellent in ensuring that I was informed, listened to, and that everything was addressed in a timely fashion. I must say that Ron was very much a man of his word (which made for a positive experience...thanks Ron!) Chris, our main installer, was great to deal with...highly skilled, informative, patient, and always good natured. And, speaking of patient...Melanie, at the main office, was always a pleasure to deal with. Feel confident that you will be in good hands dealing with HSP.
