The Common Sense Divorce is a great service for anyone trying to navigate through the separation and divorce process. The entire team was helpful, supportive, flexible, and professional and they worked together to provide a seamless and efficient experience. While I don’t think this is ever a fun process, we were able to get to an equitable agreement quickly, cost effectively and with confidence we were doing it the right way and making the best decisions for all involved. I have been a big fan of Gail Vaz-Oxlade shows and books for many years so I had high expectations. The entire team, from the mediator to the financial planner to the lawyer and the client service team, exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend The Common Sense Divorce.

In my experience with CSD, Ken was great in handling and managing my case up to the point of meditation until he suggested their recommended lawyer Judith Arrilaga. Do not waste your time with her. After 1.5yrs and money spent I got not where with this lawyer, in fact she suggested I should be coming to her to make suggestion to take my case to court. Her responses were slow and weak. I felt I did not have the support and confidence in her strategy and approach. Take your case elsewhere.

The process of separation and divorce is difficult, emotional and can be very confusing. If you choose to use mediation (rather than paying for a lawyers' next condo!), you must choose wisely. There are many mediators out there but, after one misstep, I was so happy to have found The Common Sense Divorce group. Every one of the several people with whom I had contact was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and guided me through all the steps in a way that was far less intimidating than I had expected. I highly recommend them.

Overall, a quick and reasonably priced alternative to the traditional legal process. We are very happy with the results!
