I can’t say enough great things about Dr Chouinard. She’s incredibly knowledgeable in her field and was a partner in finding the right solution to my health issues. I am grateful for having been referred and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I had the privilege to be looked after by Dr. Chouinard for all three of my pregnancies. She is a professional and dedicated doctor who is highly knowledgeable. She is quick and sharp, so you have to really pay attention to what she is telling you. Because she is so efficient, I can see that how some patients may feel she is dismissive but I believe in her experience, as she is able to diagnose the issue without being long-winded. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the care I received from her. Thank you for everything, Dr Chouinard! You are amazing!

Caring, gentle and a font of knowledge on women's health. Dr. Chouinard delivered my son years ago and was able to follow my requests during labour. She was meticulous with follow ups and very very supportive. I continue to be a patient and would highly recommend her.

I have not even stepped foot into Dr.Chouinards office and I am not impressed with Victoria the receptionist. I had a missed call on my phone and no voicemail, with that being said I was unsure who the call was from. When I called back this number the receptionist didn't announce her name or who she was working for. When I said hello? sorry I have a missed call from this number who is this? " The lady on the line said I talk to a lot of people all day who are you?" I found this kind of behaviour to be extremely unacceptable and even after I told Victoria she was being rude to me she continued with her rude attitude towards me. I have only heard good things about Dr.Chouinard and its sad that her receptionist lacks professionalism."

Dr. Chouinard is my OBGYN, 3 of my kids are luckily delivered by her in the past couple years. From the moment I met her until now I am still so thankful and grateful to be one of her patients. Dr. Chouinard is so caring, intelligent, gentle and empathetic also gently humorous. Most importantly she is well experienced in her field in many years, therefore she can offers very good care to her patients. When I had issue with one of my baby, she is there for me, very understanding and listens to my concern, and take time with me to explain the issues. Luckily, all my deliveries went so smooth and relaxing under Dr. Chouinard and her team’s caring. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for an OB. I also need to mention Victoria who is Dr Chouinard’s secretary, she is also doing a fantastic job in the office, she is a good listener, very kind, very polite and respectful. When I need them, I know they will be there for me one phone call away. Thank you again Dr. Chouinard, Victoria and your delivery team!

This doctor is negligent. She has made errors in prescribing my medications, which I need to survive. She is incapable of admitting when she has made any mistakes. Instead she either blames her staff or the pharmacy. I applied for a new doctor the first time she made this mistakes, about 6 months ago. Because I was upset, when she recently repeated the same mistake, her solution was to send me a letter to inform me that I should find a new doctor, nice! Very professional and self aware. Having no doctor is better than having this doctor. I have never written a review in my life, but I had to as well as make a formal complaint with CPSO and thank God I collecting the history of every prescription she ever faxed to the pharmacy. So they can see the inconsistencies for themselves I hope she will at least have to justify her decisions about my health. Thanks

Very disappointed with the receptionist at your office. My wife, who just gave birth 5 weeks ago was on her way down for her appointment today with our son. She gave a courtesy call to inform the office she was going to be 10 min late. The receptionist was rude and automatically cancelled her appointment because it was now too late. She didn't even reschedule her appointment just told my wife - maybe it will be rescheduled.We live over an hour away from this clinic. My wife was halfway there and had to turn around crying in tears because she was running a bit late with a newborn child. I can't believe this person still works for this clinic because this is the second time this has happened. My wife asked her repeatedly to check with the doctor to confirm if she can still take her appointment. Receptionist brushes her off and says to bad it's covid... Absolutely ridiculous and you should be ashamed of yourself. My wife has been inside for 5 weeks can't go anywhere and shes worried about her physical and mental health that's why she's making an appointment. Dr Chouinard this is a problem I'm sure I'm not the only one
