I brought my vehicle in simply for them to drill out a snapped bolt which they did but then they tried to charge me extra for adding coolant, which I didn’t ask them to do they also put back on my radiator hose, which I didn’t ask them to do. They charge me five hours labour on something that shouldn’t have taken that long the owner Mike than phoned me and mouth me off on the phone and told me I wasn’t welcome to come back there anymore. I will gladly take my business somewhere else they’re not professional is there a bunch of hacks. they have a 18 year old kid working in the garage. They also didn’t turn off my truck properly and killed my battery.

I took my Jeep here for a wheel alignment due to my caster angle being way out. When I test drove the jeep after they did the alignment I found out quickly they did not adjust the Caster angle at all. I ended up taking the vehicle back to get the issue corrected but unfortunately they put my vehicle at the back of the shop and didn't touch it. They promised many many times they would get it done soon. Despite the issue being very simple to fix they didn't touch it for 4 weeks so I decided to pick it up. It's unfortunate because everyone there was incredibly nice but in the end they weren't honest and provided poor quality work.

I had an issue with my work van and had to bring it back 3 times and they were really kind and finally got it fixed. It was a complicated problem with engine codes and few other stuff. I love how professionally they handle the situation. Thanks

Inexperienced stuff, Overcharge for an inspection (around 150$).Asked to check my battery and got back every other problem but my battery. ( seal for my oil gasket etc).Only thing they know is to plug in the computer and read the faults.Terrible service, mouthy employees including the owner.They need to be reviewed by Napa.Save the hustle and look for another mechanic.

My distributor coil pack went on my truck and I feared the worst because I had no idea what the issue was after replacing spark plugs and checking a couple other things that were within my knowledge and skill range. Mike was professional, informative and got me in when they were swamped on the same day even though I said there was no time constraints. Mike shopped around to get best best deal on the part and even did some extra testing after the job was done to make sure the vehicle I use for work was 100%. It was a fair price for what was done and I'll be going back for future repairs. Thanks for the speedy repair!

I had my car inspected here a couple years ago. They were really great and quick. And I just sent my boyfriend over and he had the same great experience. Friendly staff, amazing customer service. Couldn’t recommend more!

Terrible customer service on a border with a dishonest business practice.1. I have called the place and asked for an appointment to check/verify breaks with the intention to replace them if needed. I was not advised about the charges over the phone (and I have asked for at least something approximate, no one advised about the diagnostic fee either).2. At the time of the appointment my wife brought the car, but no one was in the office to have accept the vehicle. People working at the repair shop didn't know anything3. Only 30 minutes later someone showed up to accept the car and have it looked at. Again no one advised about possible charges. Of course no apologies were offered for a half an hour delay.4. After 20 minutes the diagnostic was done and the estimate we got was considerably higher than in official dealership.5. When we decided not doing this due to a high price - we were charged with 200$ diagnostic fee.I find such behaviour unprofessional and outrageous. The diagnostic fee extremely high for quick 20 mins overlook.Would not recommend this business.

Brought my car in for some general repairs, had some carb and oil leak issues dealt with. They managed to repair the leaks but for the carburetor it just never ran right even after they partially rebuilt it, still ran rich and was always smoking, and missing. Was given the notion that they had experienced guys to work on it to find out the person that was suppose to work it never did. I originally went there cause someone mentioned their ok for auto service. The key word is “ok” , as for the customer service the owner is alright but the manager has the worst attitude and lack of attention to the customers is not to be desired of.

Took my truck here for a new side mirror and windshield damaged in a storm. Mike the owner spent some time to find a good price for a replacement unit and had it all fixed up within a few days. Impressed with service and they will be my go-to mechanic in Port Coquitlam.

Mike and crew easy to deal with, with there prompt and great service. They service my oil sensor after diagnostics were done per computer check. All was great. The next day the problem arises again. Took the truck back, was looked at right away. They did a hot oil flush, changed oil and filer (previous oil filter cheap and partially collapsed). The truck runs great now AND the latter all done at NO CHARGE!!!!Thanks Mike will defiantly be back when any new problems arise!!!!
