Cannot find something that says available at store online, however there are bunch varities of good stuffs.Membership is also a necessity, unlike similar membership stores in US can allow non member to buy but not getting the same discount or perks of a member.

Awesome place to shop for daily needs and groceries with some amazing prices. The garden centre is worth visiting. And while you check out, do visit the food court for some mouth watering quick bites.

Horrible customer service! Went to downgrade my Executive membership to Gold Star since I have been out of the country. The customer service lady was condescending, not helpful and told me I was taking up too much time for asking questions about my membership. I hated the entire experience and felt that micro aggression towards me for being a person of Asian descent. That was not the only time I felt the racist attitude of the staff in this outlet. Big disappointment!

I used to shop more frequent before moving an hour away. I always find over the counter meds are the best prices at Costco. Also things like eye drops and deodorant. There is never a time I spend under 100 dollars. Kirkland brand makes wonderful products.I always buy dog beds here, and other wonderful things. After moving into our first hose we made it 1.5-2 years on things such as laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, dryer sheets (almost on the third year).Not everything is a value, but there are so many exceptional things including clothing.Personally I prefer the Halifax Costco to the Dartmouth Costco. The staff are always friendly and a line that can form at times to the end of the store looks intimidating, but they go surprisingly fast.

Love the deals, HATE dealing with parking and all the people. But I hate shopping at any time, so take this review with a grain of salt. What I need is usually in stock, which is all I ask for.

I had heard such good things about Costco so I decided to try out their pharmacy for some prescriptions and have a look to consider a membership.The woman I dealt with at the pharmacy was not only short with me and rude, but she rolled her eyes at me and treated me like I was stupid. To the point of blankly staring at me when I asked a question, rolling her eyes, only to repeat herself in a baby voice, slowing her speech to a crawl when I asked what the last thing she had said was. All within a couple seconds of interaction.I've worked in retail previously so I really try to be nothing but pleasant to people, but within a minute conversation she made me feel like garbage and I will be going back to shoppers to get my prescriptions.I'll give it two stars because the guy at the front was helpful and directing me to the pharmacy but my experience at the pharmacy makes me never want to come back here ever again.

Was a pretty large Costco. Probably the largest Costco we've been in. Has lots of items and foods. We were there for the foods. At the time we went, there were a lot of try the demo food stands.Some food items we bought... Like the toffee chocolate cookies and the chicken salad was a few dollars off, which was good. A savings deal. We were here to fill up on foods during our vacation here in the east coast.You can find some good deals in a Costco. And you can find different food items at different Costco. Like some of the food items that we bought, aren't available at the Costco back home. I like how that there are a lot more flavors and variety of foods here. Wish Toronto had the same thing.

I always had so much faith in Costco because of their return policy until I actually tried to use it today. We bought a couple of different food items for my elderly mother in law which she decided she did not want, as we have a full freezer at home and had no use for the food ourselves it only made sense to return it to Costco (food was purchased a day ago). We felt so bad returning it but as Costco has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy, we have been premium members for years, and have had no previous returns besides a pair of pants/cooler, we figured it would be okay as the return policy is one of the main reasons we use Costco anyways. We get to the return section of the store today and we get Terry. He immediately rips into my fiancé saying “people like YOU are the reason the prices are driven up and the reason Costco needs to change their return policy. You’re ruining it for everyone.” My fiancé was stunned and apologized and explained we bought it to help out someone who decided they didn’t need it and we have never made food returns before. He did not change his energy and said “it doesn’t matter, you are the problem”. He continued on his rant while returning the items as we stood there in silence being belittled. I can not believe the lack of customer service and respect. Just like many other members we spend a majority of our grocery money there every year which ends up being nearly $10,000-$15,000 a year. We return food items which were around $100 ONCE and are faced with a level of disrespect so bad that I still can not believe it happened. I am sure Terry is frustrated with his job and with the return policy, but he had no reason to take it out on my family. We planned on shopping afterwards but I did not even feel comfortable enough to continue being in the store. I am so sad that this happened at my favourite store.
