These guys take a their job serious! I go in get what I need and get the heck out of there. No negative feedback. They have what im looking for, good place to get heavy equipment you will need once or twice in your life

Very unsatisfactory experience. I booked a rototiller on line and was not too eager to pay $80 for delivery -I am less than 4 km from store( I get they have to pay for their trucks, staff etc). I rented a van to save some of teh costs. when I showed up this morning to pick up the tiller i was informed that they did not have any and that someone should have called me. I am now out $50 and wont be able to get the work done to prepare my yard for the sod I ordered. I received no apology or offer to make things right when I explained I had booked several days ago, received a confirmation and had taken a day off work . I had a great experience with the store on Michener so would recommend that Guelphites take their business to them. I ended up getting a tiller from Home Depot. They were very pleasant and happy to have my business. I would suggest if you have a time sensitive need for rental equipment that you go somewhere else.

Recently rented a compressor for 2 hours, charged for a full day (close to $300) fuel was not topped up by sunbelt, which then they charged close to $3 litreDo Not Recommend this place in Guelph at all
