Mango Medical Clinic

My wife and I are very happy to be new patients of Mango Clinic. And our pleasure to have Dr. Ma as our family doctor. He is so nice, patience and knowledgeable. We are very impressed by the detail work of Michelle Zheng as well. All procedures are clear and good timely manner.

Dr. Lin is a great doctor and the staff are friendly. Very happy with the service and the consideration taken by Dr Lin and this clinic.My only suggestion is I would prefer the online booking system to be designed to select by doctor first and not by location. I do not know Dr. Lin's schedule on when he will be at Kingsway or Marpole and I am accessible to both locations, especially if I want an earlier appmt. Would be better if I could select him and then select location so not need to click back and forth to find the earliest appmt with the current set up.

My family doctor is good but the receptionist is rude. Hope they can hire someone who is slightly friendly.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Dai for the past 4 years and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. He listens and is compassionate, doesn’t just try to give a random prescription to get you out of there. He remembers to follow up, follows thru his words and I believe he tries his best to help, to find a solution, and is open to listening and trying new suggestions. He is punctual, which is super rare in the “medical appointment field”, I have never experienced another doctor as punctual as him. His receptionists are not the best but they’ve improved over the years. I believe it’s a two way street, you can’t expect to be treated well if you do not show them any respect. Sometimes I believe it’s language or culture barrier, but they’ve been helpful when I’ve had to call the office, unlike other offices that just puts you on hold forever and sometimes just hangs up or don’t even answer the phone. The previous location was better in terms of parking, but now that there’s telemedicine it’s not an issue. I’m glad to have Dr. Dai as my family doctor!

Very not respectful to their patients.Doctors can be late for appointments but if patients are late for appointment they charge you 60$ for the re-schedule fee.And their phone call appointment are really hard to pick up since doctor never call you on time!And they said that the doctor suppose to be late EVERY TIME. (so if it is about 11 o'clock, the doctor may call between 11:30 to 12 o'clock. ) Talk like all patients are idle all the time. Plus they only call you once, and the call definitely did not last long then a min, because I have my phone ring on (I got the other phone call before it so i’m sure my phone ring is not broken) and I keep my phone close to me but did not hear any thing.I think they are doing it some how in purpose, so they can charge their patients for the re-schedule fee.

Dr.Dai is very knowledgeable dr., willing to listen and he talk in a friendly, non judgemental tone. I'm lucky to have him as my family dr.

Dr Hung is our family doctor since we moved to Canada and I always say how blessed we are for finding her! She cares about their patients , she goes above and beyond and I never feel rushed when we have appointments with her. she takes care of all of our family with love and competency.

Worst experience here. The owner, Dr Dai doesn’t care about his patients at all. Told him that my health concerns but he doesn’t care, always say no need for any check up. So glad I went somewhere else and got my check up done before it became a big deal.The reception is rude and doesn’t make sense. The reason I came here is because the wait time is short, but now I know why. I’d rather go somewhere else with better Doctor quality and service.

I've been under Dr Amy Hung's care for few years. Very happy and pleased to have her as my and my baby's GP. She's caring, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She follows up and listens to patients concerns. Really hope they can take my husband in as a patient too so we can all have the same family doctor but I understand the doctor is at their intake capacity. The receptionists are okay. They might not sound very enthusiastic but they get their jobs done.

I feel so lucky to be able to have my family doctor , Dr Javad Ramezani in Mango clinic! Dr Ramezani is super responsive with all my health concerns and conditions, he’s always on track, and always follow up with me! When I need referral or any help with my medication he’s on it! There is no wait! I also find Dr Ramezani very knowledgeable with new medicines and always does his best to work with his patients ! I feel so blessed to be able to have proper health, medical care finally!Staffs wise, everyone is friendly and get things done on timely manner! They are also very helpful!!! Thank you so much!!!
