Love this place for my eyebrows and any other treading or waxing I need. The owner and others who work here are so friendly and kind. They always make sure to use clean materials and make an effort in ensuring the customer is happy. You're warmly greeted right at the door. I highly recommend this place!!!

I go here often for waxing, the service is always super fast and super clean. Been here for eyebrows as well, Kruthika is excellent and always did my brows really well. Price wise they are also reasonable, I would definitely recommend.

The owner and employees are very friendly.However the place is starting look look less and less hygienic every time I go there. I have had problems with the people being on the phone while providing service for myself and others that were receiving services. A lady was very upset about her eye brow threading results....mistakes happen but this was caused by the employee being distracted by a phone conversation and multi tasking on the job!Another lady was getting her hair cut and styled and the scissors comb etc she was using was not sanitized! Disgusting!!!The owner is always on personal call while working and hence the employees do the same.They are all very polite friendly people, I hope they will take cleanliness and focusing on the job when they have clients seriously. I would also recommend being Transparent about prices for all services they offer as it seems to change according to customer.

Kirthika and her staff provides very friendly service, always welcoming and takes their time when I get my hair done. She always responds to my message immediately and always makes sure I’m happy with the service. I would recommend her services and friendly atmosphere.

Warning Warning warning zero credibilityDon’t ever go to this nonprofessional place, they are not herbalist or non-herbal or any thing. Totally disgusting, non experience staff who don’t have any professional knowledge at all. My wife went to this place for small face work. One of the staff performed very bad job (face waxing) on her face and she got red marks after one hour with severe burns and itchy skin, and red patches under eyes and cheeks. Who know what kind of material was used how hygienic was the product. We are very disappointed and very unfortunate to go there. They just care your money not your face. I will file complain with city of Markham to look out the place who is utilizing unprofessional staff and must check the hygiene levels at the location.

Krutika is very amazing, attentive and the best. Best place for threading and waxing. She made me feel very comfortable through her kindness and professionalism and did perfect waxing and threading. The salon is very clean and green, value for money and all staff member are welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this salon. Overall great experience :)
