Ordered from this place tonight for delivery through Skip the Dishes. Got their Ultimate Double Cheese Burger with Chilli and a salad.I will always suggest picking up yourself, that way you know your meal will be get home hot. The Skip guy just left our order on the front step and bailed....didn't ring the bell as told to or message us in any way.The burger was as described and with no tomato as requested. The bun was soft and buttery, patties were delicious as was the chilli, just wish the cheese was a real slice and not a sauce that could have been from package for all I know. Salad also didn't have tomatoes which I appreciated.Hope to visit their location and dine in if available the next time I'm back in town.

Well I was wondering why it was so dead on a Friday and a bomber game is on but now I see why. I don’t recognize any of the servers and a blonde named Taylor h who is the one who is serving my boyfriend and I right now has been giving us a weird attitude like she doesn’t want to serve us. He had a whiskey sour and there was definitely no or very little lemon juice and no sugar at all and when he asked if it could be made like it should be she said that’s how it’s going to come out. I said it tasted like water and whiskey and she just said well that’s how it will come out. What else do you want? Like no. You go and tell the bartender to re make it properly. What terrible service.

It took nearly 25 min to get our first round of drinks for our group of 18. 1 server serving our group with 3 or 4 bartenders working the bar. The place was not busy at all, and had several other servers standing around the bar appearing to not be doing much. We had all planned on drinks and food, but promptly left and went to a different establishment where I can promise you the server(s) made very good money! That is our last time to TU!

So I usually love coming here, I used with my GF quite often, we hadn’t been in awhile so decided to come this evening…. Hostess was terrible at her job, told us we couldn’t sit in a booth because none were available, which wasn’t true… so we switched to the booth we originally asked for… our waitress was terrible, almost rude… my drink I ordered tasted like whisky and water… she said that’s how it always tastes…. Again not true as the old bartender made them perfect… so yeah rude waitress, bad bartender, bad hostess… won’t be coming back, what a shame.

came here a couple nights ago bc i wanted to enjoy some tacos before having oral surgery, but wanted to stay close to home so we came here. the menu seemed promising for their tacos, and @ $4.99 it seemed like a decent deal. but apparently these are the tacos you get on any regular day. small, hardly any topping, & the tortilla was stale…we usually go to leopold’s and on tuesday’s they have $4 tacos & drinks, and are always way better than these sad tacos. this place seems to only be good for wings, burgers, and beer but not much else.

Great service, Sabrina was amazing. It was a busy wing night and she was on top of our order and everything was perfect. She checked in on us reguand was beyond polite! Will for sure be back!!

We had a great experience previously and were eager to go back, but this time round the service wasn’t as good. It was very quiet and there were almost as many staff as guests, but they were all chatting together and didn’t seem to be terribly attentive. Once we got our servers attention, they were really friendly and professional though. I’m pretty sure our Haddock fish was actually cod, and it was quite chewy and overcooked. Better than undercooked I suppose. We will return as we like the large space and that it’s not too busy, and we won’t judge based on one poor experience when we had a really good experience prior.

Called in short notice to make a reservation of 25 for my mom’s 70th bday and Ali, the manager was so accommodating. I rented a Elvis telegram and they even turned down the hockey game to make our experience that much better. The staff were all so kind and personal with our party, would definitely do a bday party there again.Thanks again to Ali and her staff for helping to make my mom’s bday so special.

Absolute WORST service EVER !!! My Diet Pepsi tasted like “dish water”. My fiancé ordered a glass of wine- it was warm. Server indicated that “lots of people have complained about our drinks”. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food. Plates were all messed up. Overall just a terrible experience. Won’t be going back.
