Brought my Panasonic Plasma in to be repaired. When I got it home there were 3 small burn holes in the screen. After contacting Consumer Affairs , Scott came in to look at it and said I don't know what to tell you by". I was charged 345$ and Scott claimed that because my car was a smaller make it burned the glass screen. I went to the Better Business Bureau and they too believed that the leather seats in my car burned holes into glass. I would give ZERO Star rating if possible. As a former customer that bought my first TV there in the 80's from Roy

Scott Mercer and staff are friendly and very helpful. Best place in Grand Falls-Windsor to get your electronic gadgets repaired. Lots of musical instruments and accessories available.

Scott is one of the most friendly guys you'll meet here. Great place to get general guitar supplies. Also does electronic repairs on the side but not micro electronics such as motherboards ect. However it wont hurt to ask.
