Mars Sandhills Golf Course

The staff were very accomadating. Greens were evenly green and beautiful.. A bit fast but in great shape. Tee boxes were clean, hardly any divots and no broken tees scattered. The fairways were lush and easy to drive on with the cart, wet but we had lots of rain prior to my visit. A bit challenging with narrow fairways, really long par 5's, a few water hazzards and sand traps( they were well groomed too ). Must do 18 as the 9th hole is at the furthest part of the course. Would definitely go again. Worth the drive out from Winnipeg.

One of my favourite courses in Manitoba. The challenging layout rivals Granite Hills and Neepawa but much closer to Winnipeg. Staff always friendly.

Recently went to this golf course, the staff were very rude and disrespectful. I brought my brother with a disability with me and they were all laughing and making fun of him. Very disrespectful and will for-sure never go back. This place should be ashamed of themselves for insulting someone with a disability.

The course staff and the pro shop staff have been awesome to deal with. The course is in excellent condition. Welcome to the new owners Jerry and family. We look forward to seeing the changes you have in store for us! A driving range would be a great consideration in the future.

This hidden Gem is one of the nicer and reasonably priced golf course in Manitoba, staff is always friendly, and course is usually in top top shape, only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review is due to the carts being a bit on the older side but all in all great course!!!!

I visited this golf course recently… very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Was looking forward to seeing what this course had to offer. I was to be playing in a tournament there this Saturday that was booked all the way back in February but seems they double booked them self. Very disappointed and because of their poor organization I will never drive out there for a round. I am not sure if this place is run by kids but it certainly seems like it. It’s very sad that ownership can’t even admit to being responsible for any of the confusion regarding the tournament mix up. Admitting to fault goes along way

A diamond in the rough!! The management at the golf course graciously looked after our food, drink and golf cart requirements for our equestrian event! Yes, horses and golf did exist together during this one weekend in May 2018!Due to the dry conditions, there was a fire ban imposed in the province which meant we were unable to camp with our horses so the owner of the private property bordering the golf course allowed us to park our rigs there. We were so appreciative that the golf course agreed, as well. We wanted to show our appreciation in anyway possible. So instead of bringing in our own food, we decided to order from the restaurant at the golf course. We also rented a golf cart for 2 days to help deliver the food, coffee and transport some of our equipment. Our volunteers enjoyed the food options and they had hot coffee when needed! Without being able to camp, our event would have had to be canceled. Instead, the Distance Riders of Manitoba Club (DRM) had a record high turnout. It's so great when community comes together! We love riding at the Mars Sandhills and letting every golfer we know that that's where they should be golfing!!

I dont know where these 5's come from....must be farmersRuff ruff and ruffer , from the tee off boxes that i need a hammer to get my tee in to the fartways to the velcro greens ....Have fun guys cause its not a fun course

Loved it! Worth the drive. Great course. Very friendly staff with great food and service. I love the location! Will definitely be back there more than once this year for sure.
