I ordered food at 7:13pm for deliveryCalled and at 830pm and the order hadnt even been startedNo apologies, nothing just ‘it will be another 35-45 minutes’When you own a business and you made a huge mistake, it’s common practice to at least apologize to your customer.Not say ‘you’re welcome’ when they say they will come pick it up because they don’t want to keep waitingAbsolutely ridiculous

The lady at tge counter is do salty and ignorant. Never smiles and is so unfriendly it hurts. It seems like it such a burden to serve the people that keep her buisness afloat. Been a here a few times and she is always sour. Booooo to her

Pizza is decent but if you ever want just one slice of pizza you may as well take that money and go buy a frozen pizza.. their price for a single tiny slice is getting so ridiculous that one slice is getting to the point of being able to buy a whole frozen pizza with the same amount of money. Amount 2.75 and rising every week, went there one day and it was 2.50 then went there the day after literally 1 day after and all of a sudden 2.75 for 1/8 of a medium sized pizza which i could understand if it was super fancy pizza but we are talking about a cheese and pepperoni slice!

Been ordering from patras for years! Pizza is always hot and fresh and a good size! the patra burger is honestly the best burger for its value and the butter chicken poutine is to die for

Located next to Sunnycrest Mall with other eateries, entrance separate from mall. Price reasonable and portions packed! Tried pasta and curry wrap: served hot and yummy. Saw customers coming in for takeout who seemed to be regulars.

Wife and I ordered tonight and she wasn't satisfied with her order in which she requested it to be returned and substituted with another order. The waitress then hassles my wife about her order but reluctantly was permitted another order. The servers kept making funny looks from order window between kitchen and front counter. When brought out the waitress then proceeded to tell my wife that your order should be satisfied and that she took a loss in order to make another meal in which she paid for out of pocket. She then went on to say I don't make alot of money however you took money out of my pay in order for you to have another meal whole being rude the entire encounter. This is unexceptable for employee to treat a customer especially trying to make customer feel bad about waiitress having to cover the expense of a new meal. Don't think we will be returning.

Pizza seems to be the frozen premade crust from Sysco, it was definitely not great but all pizza is edible... The pasta, on the other hand, was inedible. I threw the lasagne and spaghetti out after a bite or two. The pizza is alright, in a pinch, but not something I'd personally recommend. Not sure how people are giving it good reviews tbhThe staff are great though, super friendly and offer great service.I haven't tried the Indian dishes, so I can't comment on those. If I do, I'll update the review.

Best pizza on the sunshine coast by far and the best prices! Family owned and they're all very kind and always happy. I always have he best service here. Always right on time with the pizza, no mistakes at all and the pizza it always hot, fresh and delicious! They're other entrées are great as well. Definitely recommend them for whatever you're feeling like. They have options for the whole family!
