Being the only photography store in Collingwood one might think that the staff at Gabriele Photography would have an attitude but actually it's quite the opposite. Every single time I go into the store without fail, I am met with a friendly face and greeting. They have a passion for photography and it shows through their customer service. John the owner especially makes everyone feel special and welcomes them like a long lost friend. Today I went into the store after dropping my camera thinking they would have to send it away for repairs and expecting that to cost me a ton. John managed to reset my camera flash that wasn't working which subsequently also fixed my external flash that wasn't working which ended up being due to the on camera flash not working. John charged me a handshake and a smile and boy was I smiling when I left the store. Thank you John and all your staff. Other businesses could learn a lot from your customer service skills.

I highly recommend this store! This place has been a town staple for decades.They offer fair prices, amazing service, quality products, printing and overall great photography to meet your needs. Plus the owner, John is an overall stand up guy. His knowledge for the business is top notch. We required a last minute photo print and edit job and they turned it around in no time with excellent results. Thank you!

Great customer service! Personnel were pleasant to deal with and explained the procedure for plak-mounting (sent out on a Wednesday, returned the following Wednesday) very clearly. Plak-mounting was done on time and pictures look phenomenal!

Very cool photography shop! They have a great selection of camera gear both used and new for both display and for purchase. Anytime I'm in Collingwood I stop by to chat and to pick up supplies!

I called to see if they could do Christmas ornaments and they called back right away to inform me they not only could do them, they would only take a couple business days and they were cheaper than all the big box stores.I actually got a call the next day to advise me that my ornaments were done and, they look fantastic!The gentleman Zak was super helpful, knowledgeable and, made it a great experience for me. I will definitely be going back yearly for personalized ornaments!

I LOVE walking into Gabriele's to see those smiles, feel that warmth, get instant information, support, interest in what I need. Even though my requests are often rather insignificant the response is more than I could ever expect.Love the location, the ease of doing business, and the warmth and smiles from John and Kara.
