They have given outstanding customer service and have been extremely perfectionist regarding a difficult measurement situation. I discovered the sliding window internal tilt latches that I purchased from Reflect Window & Door were ever-so-slightly too large (1/16 off). When I called for info on how to return them I was greeted over the phone by Caitlin - such a lovely happy voice - I could 'hear' her smile! After a brief conversation, she connected me with Theresa who was pleasant and patient in explaining the return policy as my purchase was a couple of weeks past the return deadline. After some discussion Theresa allowed my return (thank you!), patiently explained the return procedure and without being asked, took time to search the inventory to see if there was a better fitting latch for my windows. Reflect, these are two front-line employees have done you proud! So nice doing business with you :)

I was online for over three hours when I finally called reflect Windows and doors. I had talked to many different companies and was looking for a certain type of weatherstripping. after finding out that very few of them actually had the product in stock. I got a hold of Lindsay and she knew quickly what it was that I was looking for and they had it in stock. Also because it comes in a 9 foot strip some other companies wanted $400 for shipping. Reflect was able to Shepherd for under $50. Thanks so much Lindsay you made my day.

This was my first time dealing with this company and I am more then pleased.. I spoke with a service rep named Maddie and she went above and beyond my expectations to find the exact parts I needed, and they had them.. other companies I tried reaching out to simply told me sorry they couldn’t help me, but Maddie took her time and found exactly what I needed. It’s rare these days to find a person that will go out of their way like she did to help a customer out with such a small order like mine.. Reflect Window & Door replaced our sliding patio door and screen which was over 40 years old! Installers Chad and Michael were very professional and did a fantastic job. I recommend this company to anyone.

Purchased a Sliding Glass Patio Door Outside Pull With 6-9/16 Screw Holes on 5/31. To my surprise when I received the product it arrived with unacceptable nicks in the enamel.I sent an email expressing my disappointment. I promptly received an invite from Maddie to discuss the situation.Ultimately it was agreeded the nicks occurred during shipment

I had recent occasion to bein contact with Maddie in the Shipping Dept. at ReflectDoor and Window to order some replacement parts. Maddie was quick to respond, processed my order, andfound a well priced shipping alternative for relatively inexpensive parts. Fantastic Service! Couldn’t find my part on Amazon or big box store, thankfully google took me to reflect window and doors. I ordered my part on the weekend, the order was shipped promptly and now my patio door slides great!
