I wanted to give 5 because of how hard this place made me laugh, I was crying. I order a wrap with a Cesar salad. I receive my wrap... with fries?and a side garden salad? And 8 CONTAINERS OF BUTTER!?!? I didn't order a roll, why so much butter?? And no salad dressing to go with my wrong salad.Amazing.

Food is alright. But no care. Salad wasn't cut up. I had to ask a the boy pacing behind the counter looking bored if he could pour the smoothie I ordered. Only one cook.

Something very wrong with our experience. We ordered the new chicken sandwich combo that come with coleslaw on it. They asked if we wanted it spicy which we said yes. They offered onion rings as a side option with the combo. We asked for extra sauce on the sandwich which was advertised as a spicy mayo. Our order came to $19 and change and the sandwich looked nothing like what was advertised and was so spicy it was nearly inedible...and we like spicy food. How can they justify nearly 20 bucks for a bun with a soggy piece of chicken on it and 10 onion rings and a small soda? We also waited 17 minutes in the drive through.

The Waterdown Swiss Chalet has some tables but is really a take out only. No servers. So for a cardboard box with small piece of chicken and some fries for $1499 it was not a good deal. Wouldn't go back.

I recently moved to Waterdown and usually love Swiss chalet for a quick meal. This is the worst location I have ever ordered from...they frequently get my order wrong. On top of getting our order wrong again tonight, either the delivery driver or the person who packed my food was hungry and left a half eaten thigh in my food...Disgusting!

This place is always a disaster. Today again asked for the big harveyWith coupon on he app the very very young guy could not figure it out. Manager was called to help. The poor kid had no idea what was going on. He definitely has no menu knowledge. The only adult was the 1 manager.I witnessed 5 people come back in for problems with missing items on order. Food took a long time to comeThe person that fixed our burgers had no idea how to put the toppings onWhat a mess

We ordered takeout for our family tonight, very disappointing. The hot chicken sandwich was on burnt toast (should be on bread), no gravy for it and we received Harveys fries instead of Swiss chalet fries. Also came in a Harvey’s bag (doesn’t matter but we didn’t order Harvey’s), the very young staff was goofing around at pickup, didn’t seem to be taking things too seriously. Will order from a different location moving forward

I had a early morning last minute order for my son at school. Manager and team was very accommodating getting me a family meal and meal for my son. Great team effort and I really appreciated the help. Thanks SC, manager and team. Greatly appreciated.

Please do not order from Swiss chalet. The owner Norm was awful. When told I wanted a refund because there was a hair in my food he would not do so. He was rude and an awful owner. I spent 90$ and had to throw all the food in the garbage as I did not want to eat anymore as that is absolutely disgusting. I never write reviews but this experience was awful.
