Absolutely incredible service! I would like to give a special shout-out to Sid who checked me in! He was kind, courteous and very respectful! He made sure I had all the information and was taken care of! I’ve never been to Vancouver and Sid made me feel welcome! The room was extremely clean, parking was super easy and overall a 5 star experience! ⭐️Thank you for your expert level service which will make me want to return to this hotel again for future visits!

Sid & Derar were most welcoming when we arrived exhausted after our long flight. ✈️ There customer service and attention to detail was outstanding! We were upgraded to a beautiful room with skyline and sea view. Thank you for making our first experience in Vancouver a positive one and helping us set off our honeymoon to a fantastic start! 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Location is good but the customer service is horrible. They put me in a “king” room but it was a small double which wasn’t cleaned and the the fridge didn’t work. They were very rude to me. No one help me with my luggage. They wouldn't check for bed bugs when I asked and sluffed me off but thankfully there wasn’t any in my room(floor 5). I tried to ask for compensation as they had to move me 2 times. Nothing.

I was quite disappointed with my first room as it seemed to be on a floor that was being renovated. I called the front desk to explain the issue and a gentleman named Sid very quickly corrected the situation. He helped me with my bags and moved me to a new room that newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Very grateful to Sid for quickly fixing things.

Pros: Location is perfect: close to excellent shopping locations, restaurants and the stadium; nice staff.Cons: you are paying a premium price without premium service. They don't offer food service for their restaurants; worse, they don't offer complimentary water. It is not a bad hotel, but you are definitely not getting what you are paying for.

The hotel is in the process of being refurbished but it didn't affect our stay. We had a basic but comfortable and clean room. The pool and hot tub were great, the pool is deeper than most we have used at other hotels.The filter coffee supplied was lovely and reception was happy to supply more when we ran out. The location is very central and we were able to walk to Stanley park on our first day from the hotel. We didn't hear any noise from other guests. The air con kept the room comfortable but was not as cool as some hotels as the lowest temperature was 20 degrees. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable. A fridge would have been welcome.

The room could have been a little cleaner. For example the furniture and bathroom vanity should be wiped down in the fronts and sides. The rug could be shampooed more often. Other than that it was very nice. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful to me and my husband. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The location was great for our exploring the down town area of Vancouver. We would stay with you again.

Location is great, parking is available with extra cost. Its a decent hotel, although we did encounter a homeless guy, and after informing the staff, they started the search. One biggest problem was, every now and then we saw no one at the reception, so there was wait a few times when we needed something, which is weird. Other than that, decent clean centrally located hotel.
