Excellent customer service! Great value!Spent a couple of hours getting properly fitted for a new set of golf clubs.William is fantastic!Very patient and knowledgeable.I never felt pressured.He explained everything to me and made the whole process easy, simple, and fun!I highly recommended Riverside Golf to anyone looking for clubs. It's worth the time and effort to get fitted correctly!

I ordered as back order due to out of stock.Delivery is so fast than I expected without tracking number.I asked few times tracking number by the phone and email,but no response.Staffs are nice kind, but need more customer service.

Great store with a lot of selection on various golf equipment. Not the best for being fitted! I waited 6 months for my iron set but it was canceled and I had to be re fitted for another set. I was told 2-3 weeks for this set but it is going onto week 4 and I’m still waiting.

Full marks. Best place to do Golf shopping. Better than Golf Town. Lot of options in New and used Clubs. Had a great deal for PING G425 Irons.

William is very passionate about golf and a very kind person. He recommended a few sets, and took the time to analyze our swings and recommended the one that would be the best fit. He even gave us a few pointers on our swing. This is now my go to golf shop!

Amazing service at this store. It’s not the biggest, but they have a great selection. It’s the customer service you get from this store that sets it apart. Couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

Had a small problem with my V2 power cart which purchased 9 month ago. Staff ordered in the required parts needed and shipped then to me No Charge. Fantastic customer service !

Ordered a golf bag online. First they charged for delivery when the website says. delivery is free. Having said that, they did return the delivery fee shortly after. But now It’s been two weeks and still no news if the bag has shipped. I’ve sent multiple emails with zero response. Called multiple times but no one will ever answer the phone. If I still don’t hear back next week I will cancel the visa payment. Horrible service. Don’t buy from her.

Do not shop online, you won’t hear back from them about your order vis email or phone.It’s been a week since I made online order - after 2 emails and multiple phone call that never got answered..My only source is contacting my credit card company.Horrible customer service and system that they operate.
