I started coming here almost a year ago for my laser hair removal treatments. I could not be happier! Great customer service, they always call to remind me of my apt, very clean building, and friendly staff! I have seen great results with my laser hair removal and am excited to try more of Chadlins services in the future!

I had the Neogen plasma treatment low energy full face and neck for the first time. This clinic and the staff are amazing. The procedure was very comfortable (no numbing needed) and I experienced little to no downtime. I am almost 2 months post treatment and have noticed more volume to my tear troughs, more tightening of my neck and softening of the neck lines. I can't wait to get another treatment to see even more results!

I am new to all the loving your skin thing . I was feeling a bit aged as most of us mid 30s gals do and decided to come in to try out Botox . As someone who is nervous about change dr .v listened to everything I said and made the entire process so comfortable and great . I highly recommend this medi spa for any of your needs . Even if you want just a consultation they are so professional and welcoming .

I seen Dr. Venter after having a bad reaction to something under my eyes. After excessive swelling the skin was left looking like deflated balloons. Dr. V and I were able to do an email consult and make a game plan as I lived 12 hrs away. On appt day he and his staff were amazing. Very friendly, you can tell that they genuinely care about their patients. We went over my appt details and Dr. V answered all my questions and came up with the best plan. Dr. V prepared me that I could be a little light headed during my procedure, which I was. They took such great care of me. We took our time during and after and they even gave me juice to bring my blood sugar up. I received PRP injection under my eyes and I've already noticed the skin tightening up after a month (he said it could take 2-3 months to start seeing results). I'm super happy and relieved. I fully recommend Chadalins and look forward to future services !

Dr Venter and Kymberly made me feel so comfortable. The clinic is located conveniently in Salmon Arm. All the staff were very welcoming. If the stars would let me I would give even higher. Today was my first day at the spa. The ladies there are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you Lisa for your patience with me and knowing some of my medications might be an issue. Explaining everything ahead was very helpful, I look forward to coming back.

A few months back, Dr. Venter and staff welcomed me into Chadalin with open arms. After having a cyst removed elsewhere by another doctor, I had a follow up appointment with that same doctor about the soreness and major swelling I was experiencing after the procedure.. That same doctor turned me away.. I was in a lot of pain and needed a second opinion. The team at Chadalin fitted me in so quickly and Dr. Venter helped me tremendously. He extracted the infection out of my cyst and treated me with antibiotics. Since then, he’s removed my moles, seen me multiple times about my cyst, and today I had a wonderful and relaxing facial with his lovely medical esthetician Lisa! I’ve never felt more cared about. Thank you Dr. Venter and all the beautiful and professional staff that have helped me throughout my skin journey! I will continue to recommend your clinic to everyone I know and I look forward to more services in the future!

Dr. Venter, Kimmy, and all the staff are absolutely AMAZING!! The Spa is clean, comfortable and inviting.I have had several appointments for over a year now for injectables, PLEXR Plus treatment, preventative and cosmetic skin care and I have been thrilled with the results and my experience every time!I always feel like they take the time to listen to my needs and concerns and recommend the right treatments to achieve the best results.

This was my first treatment at this spa and I will be going back again. The decor and layout are lovely and relaxing and the staff are very professional and yet warm and friendly.I had a pedicure using a warm mud treatment and my feet felt so good afterwards. I had cracked heels after the winter and Britney looked after them in such a way that they didn't hurt but she also gave me advice about how to maintain them. They also looked great for my springbreak vacation!
