I had to take our dog Marley as an emergency on Wednesday afternoon. The staff were amazing and very professional. I was a basket case and they took care of me also, so sympathetic. Unfortunately Marley had many health problems so it was our time to say good bye and I just wanted to thank everyone who was there for Marley and me. Lynn keating

Very good emergency vet, quick processing, open 24/7, Understandably expensive.Rushed to this vet because my cat hasn't eaten in 3 days and stressed peed with blood. They toke us in quickly. Analysed the cat thoroughly. Vet was very kind when I started crying for Fear of my cat. The whole ordeal time about 2 hours.They gave him food stimulants and anxiety pills. The moment we where home the cat ate, explored, and used the liter box. I am so relieved.We went in as in as emergency situation and unfortunately the whole ordeal cost us a hefty bill. This is understandable as vets are expensive and emergency services even more so.I have used this clinic twice for emergencies and find their services good for both times.

Really positive experience during a very stressful time. As an immigrant I was nervous about the language barrier, but everyone from reception to the vet was incredibly understanding, nice, and accommodating. They made good recommendations to help us save money on a very expensive surgery, even though it meant losing that business themselves as we transferred our cat to another (non-emergency) clinic. I genuinely felt like they had our cat's best interest in mind, and am very glad they were there for us during an unexpected and stressful time. Costs are based on emergency care, so they are definitely more expensive than you will find elsewhere, but they are up front about that and I never felt like any of the costs were a surprise.

Each time i had brought my cats for an emergency they were so nice and respectful. They didn't make me spend money for no reason, very honest and when i had to put my cats down, they werw very sweet

Our cat had an episode of hypoglycemia and had a seizure in the night. Christina answered our call and immediately gave us advice, and when we frantically went in, she was so kind and professional and made us feel at ease in a difficult moment. Dr. Genevieve was also kind and understanding and gave us a few different options, and our cat’s glucose levels returned to normal in the morning. Thank you both for your help!

Brought my dog in today after he ingested something dangerous. They were fast, friendly and professional. They took him in immediately and induced vomiting. They saved us from a potentially much more dangerous and expensive surgery. They spoke to me patiently and calmly in English, as I forget all my French when I'm stressed. I cannot thank the staff enough.

I took my cat here after he stopped eating for a few days and started throwing up. The prices were more than reasonable given the circumstances (emergency + week-end) and I felt my cat got the medical attention he deserved. The vet didn't try to pressure me into paying for anything and I felt respected. They didn't play up my cat's problems and very well could have argued for me getting him surgery if they were 100% in it for the money, but they were truthful, honest and concise in letting me know precisely what the radiology scans showed and also respected my budget. I'll be happy to take him there again for a regular check-up or if his issues keep flaring up. Thanks!

I had to euthanize my dear cat in the middle of the night after he had developed a fatal condition suddenly. The staff was excellent, professional, caring towards my cat and me, and made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of in his last moments. Amazing, excellent team (front desk and medical staff). Could not have asked for more. Thank you so much!

I had to take Misfit here last night as an emergency. She had been having trouble breathing and it had gotten worse. The staff were amazing and very sympathetic and empathic. Sadly Misfit had to be put down, after 11 years in my life. Again the staff were amazing and very compassionate for an animal they had only just met.All the bad reviews here are out of emotion I am sure, since Misfit and I were given nothing but grace and humanity from the moment we entered the building.As for the price posts, they were able to meet my budget without charging me everything they could. I would highly recommend you take your pet here in an emergency, or even as a local vet for your loved ones.Thank you to the staff for making her last moments in this world calm, warm, and empathic.Rest in peace Misfit.

Two weeks ago my cat suddenly got very ill and I had to let him go at this hospital. And this is what I got in the mail yesterday. Thank you for your kind comforting words it means a lot to me.
