Clarity Eye Institue

Probably one of the most disrespectful businesses that I have been at. I had a severe eye infection that swelled my eye up completely closed. After being to the emergency centre three times the hospital sent three different room. Emergency referral. I called them daily pleading with them to allow me to come in. The very rude lady that answered the phone kept on telling me just had to wait and could takes 24 hours. It took two weeks. My surgeon was fantastic. After my procedure ended up having to go back two weeks later for a second one. Once result finished I needed a referral for my insurance company and written detail on the operation performed. The clinic wanted to charge me $50 for the referral and $50 for the letter note.Crazy.

Excellent service -we waited since 1 yrs to do eyes laser by other other they never called us- which was done by this Dr very first visit …..

Very unprofessional front desk staff and timing is horrible. I had to wait 46 mins after my appointment time until i was seen and reason was that the doctor had to due some lasers. And when i called before coming to my appointment i was told ohh make sure you are not late! This was very disappointing and unprofessional service. Call people 1 hour before their appointments and let them know that there will be an x amount of mins delay, if it will be more then 10.mins. People have better things to do then just sit for hours and waste their day, specially when you are taking time off work to see a doctor.

I am not happy with their service for the past almost months I have been calling the clinic to get a new prescription from Dr. Mcguire kwesi. The clinic is very unprofessional including the doctor. It's seem like he extremely busy than prime minister and don't care about the patients. All they're trying to get the money from the government nothing else's matterPlease kindly don't come to this clinic which is located in ajax and I don't know about other locations but this one for sure unprofessional office .

The office cannot be reached by phone or email, if you do get through you sit on hold forever? It took me days of trying to finally be able to book an appointment. Unfortunately being a full time caregiver, I don’t have the luxury of being able to spend the day on the phone!! Now I have to reschedule my appointment due to a conflict, have tried a dozen times to get through, impossible. I’m going to contact my Ombudsman in the hopes they can offer some assistance or advice.

I was very impressed with the quality of service at Clarity Eye in Vaughan. Dr. Ebadi did my eye surgery . He was great,, very calm, understanding and caring. I found the support staff to be well informed and professional, as well as being pleasant and considerate.

The service I recieved was great but trying to get in touch with them by phone or email is terrible.I am not always in the area to be able to walk in during business hours.Why can’t someone answer the phone

I was asked to come 25 mins before my scheduled appointment on the day of my appointment. However, when I was not seen even at my scheduled time, I told the front desk manager EKta why I was called earlier . Instead of apologizing she curtly said complain to the doctor.

Horrible front office. Never followed up on needed catscan. Numerous times when trying to call was hung up on

Avoid at all costs. Unorganized, cancelled/reschuled appointments without telling me or asking if the new appointment works, wont answer the phone or return emails, plus read the rest of their reviews...
