Customer service at its lowest level..........Not Canadian in any way! (Mississauga). There seems to be a misunderstanding. Your product is 100% Canadian and if I need some more I will definitely show up. But the customer service was the one which put me off. Day 1The sales and receipt of check all went well. However (Day 2) the delivery phase was different.Delivery was promised at a certain time, reached on time and made to wait in the sun for an hour while product was retrieved from Container. Fork lift Operator was also loading other trucks. Was told that shelves will fit into Honda CRV when sale was made. Day 2 refused to load in CRV and had to rent an U haul. However delays in loading meant that I had to transfer from the U haul to my CRV at my office and it all fitted.

I have worked with Kevin at Canadian Rack Technologies since February 2020. I can honestly say he really cares about his clients and is an honest business owner. If you need any kind of pallet, cantilever racking or storage systems I highly recommend calling Kevin!

I have worked with Curtis at Canadian Rack for over 4 years and every time I contact his team, they responds promptly and with all the information I need. Each purchase with Canadian Rack has been seamless and extremely professional and friendly.

This establishment is very unprofessional, I placed an order and it seems like the staff don't know simple measurements or how to measure. They measured something else than it actually was and when called to confront the situation the person was verbally abusive. They need to handle a confrontation a lot better and hire staff who are capable of measuring and know how to use a measuring tape.

Curtis helped me a lot when I chose the racking stuff for my warehouse. He is very knowledgeable sales person and gave me lots of patience to help me finalize what I needed. I am happy with their services.

I have been buying from these guys for years, they have excellent selection and good pricing, last week they installed pallet racking for my entire warehouse, I expected it to take the whole day, in only a few hours they were able to get it done very quickly and professionally, I couldn't be happier.Had a few billing issues after the install but the team was able to correct the inaccuracies to my satisfaction after I brought the issue to their attention, Thanks to Kevin and Curtis and the installation team!

Picked up some racking yesterday from Canadian Rack. As soon as I stepped in the door, the shipping department got right to my order. They took great care while loading my trailer to make sure no damage was done. Easy people to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of product.

When the Ministry of Labour told me our racks did not meet the safety standards I knew nothing about racking. Then I met Bill Munro of Canadian Rack Technologies. To cut a long story short Bill and Canadian Rack Technologies did everything needed to get the safety certification in a cost conscious and efficient manner while understanding the nature of our business with minimum business interruptions.
