I had a pre-printed label which the kiosk failed to scan. Thankfully the Michaels checkout counter was able to keep my package to get it shipped out.

One of the nicest stores I have ever been in. Everything you could think of for the bedroom from mattresses and bedroom furniture to linen, pillows, art, lamps, night gowns, even bath bombs. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but is huge inside, so much to see, the staff are so knowledgeable about everything, it's a pleasure to shop here.

Always fast delivery. They're great for getting packages to you quick. I have only positive feedback and I'll continue uses them. They got a package to me from Toronto to Oxford Street in less than a day. They're great.

It would have been quicker if I knew what store it was in. I had to scour the reviews to find out it’s in Michaels. The purolator sign is so tiny on the door I couldn’t see it from my car. Also, google maps tells me i’ve arrived before I even pass Michaels so it’s hard to tell where it’s located. It’s not that hard to put it in brackets next to the name.

Drove here due to the pictures of the kiosk and wanting a receipt. Went in store and there is no kiosk, manager takes the package but unable to provide receipt. Same experience at Staples. Really poor experience overall

it would be VERY helpful if the store it's is located in would be stated in Google Maps instead of having to read the reviews to find out where it's actually located!

Another Purolator kiosk with a scanner error and out of service. Fix your equipment please so your customers don't have to drive all over town looking for one! I've been to two locations so far and they're both down with the same error code!

I found the kiosk in Michaels, but it wouldn't scan the code I got from Amazon. This is the second kiosk I tried, and still no luck.
