Enterprise Truck Rental

I have rented from the regular enterprise here before and was very happy with it, so I decided to give the truck rental a shot. I had to rent a 16ft cube van to move into a new apartment and had zero issues with the rental process. Van was ready when I arrived first thing in the morning, the checkout took 10 mins and I was on my way.The van was clean and pretty much brand new so it had no mechanical issues. After hours drop off was a breeze, just drop the keys in the box. No complaints from me and I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

Pathetic service of millcreek enterprise truck rental. The truck was so dirty from inside, i couldn't take my family anywhere and i returned the same day. Manager said i will not be charged but he chqrged my visa and now its been two weeks he is saying we will return it, but i dont see it credited. Will Never go to this location again.

I rented a 16ft box truck for 2 days. The truck capacity was as expected but when I returned the truck the manager did not even look at the mileage and the gas ., I even have to ask him if he has checked it already. I always rent pick ups and cars and that is what they look at to make sure I return it as agreed upon.The manager instead walked to the other side of the truck to point out a damage which it seems to me is quite odd.I insisted that the mark that was there has been there and it even look like a logo of their truck rental. The person who handed the truck key to me did not even walk all the way around the truck and even pointed at the upper end of the truck to show some marks but not really damage.I have not encountered any close proximity to any post or any wall or whatever with that color or any color at all. I am sure this mark has been there and been used many times for this scam. The manager insisted in charging my card an additional $1,000.00 for the deductible. Is this fair? To be OVercharged for something that was already there and you did not do is not only a SIN, It is a scam, a LIE, and dishonest way of doing business.Everyone BEWARE. I am fighting this and will be reporting to the authorities and whoever will listen to me.

We recently needed to rent a cargo van for a long return trip to Thunder Bay. Omar B. was fantastic and the rental experience and customer service was fantastic. I'd highly recommend Enterprise Truck Rental at this location if you require a truck/van rental.

I rented a truck from this location last weekend, I dealt with Omar. Omar's professionalism, accuracy and customer service was amazing. I was offered some amazing vehicles but it ultimately came down too what I was comfortable driving.Omar took his time to make sure my satisfaction was to the highest degree and although the truck I chose was not ready (meaning it was not cleaned or sanitized yet), Omar moved mountains to get the truck ready (cleaned and sanitized).I cannot thank Omar enough for the amazing customer service and amazing vehicle.

Vehicles are in excellent condition and the customer service is second to none!Highly recommend Enterprise Truck Rental !

1. We were into monthly and literally yearly rentals with them. For reasons that we can't explain, they had a system of multiple authorizations deposit taken thru the month. Despite those not (usually) been charged at the end of the month, they still go against the card limit in the meantime, which in our case it was a bit impractical since this credit card was loaded and paid every week.So we requested in December-January 2020 that a full payment ahead to be taken, this was acknowledged by the manager at the time who insisted to do business via text (we still have those texts). So a full payment ahead was taken. After many months without problems, the pesky authorizations made a come back. We complained that the random authorizations had resumed despite having a full payment ahead. Despite complaints, this payment was never credited nor refunded and again they denied it was ever taken to beginning with despite showing clearly on our card statement.After months of complaints, a genius manager named Ben, went on and charged an entire additional payment ahead again in Dec 2021. Once we realized this, we called Ben asking why a second additional payment was taken and he replied I thought this is what you asking all along" which we never did. We only wanted our money back perhaps credited (See 2.) for the first payment taken ahead.But WAIT way this gets better... We finally ended receiving the trucks we acquired a few months before so we returned the last rented truck. To only be declined a refund again on the full payment taken ahead in December 2021. Despite having show those fools that the 2nd payment was not an authorization but a debited payment

Be ware of reservation! Despite making one and having confirmation this location told us they don't have truck for us to get, and they refuse to help us located new truck. Try to contact customer service but it docent exist you get connected back to there stores. So we were left hang ing whit no truck for are move. Very disappointed as price was wide and we were looking to make account of are business to rent regular bases. Service was weary poor i don't recommend using for the hassle you get and still walk a way whit no rental.
