This cab company is the beat and only one in wallacburg. And they drive with one van only due to the covid crisis. The owner is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met in a long time. When we call for a cab she is always honest as to how long it will take especially since they only have the one cab. So please be honest when calling about the time that you must be at your destination so that you are not disappointed at all. And be patient if you tell them whenever you can make it because there are only the one person working on most days okay. So keep up the good work tammy!!

The drivers are super friendly prices aren't bad considering gas is up I give them credit for being the only cab company in Wallaceburg

Tams taxi is the only driving service in Wallaceburg, next to public transit.12$ in town.60$ to surrounding areas.Open 7am-9pm mon-thurs7-10 Friday and SaturdayCloses at 5pm Sundays.Special requests for rides etc can be arranged as well.

Is this a real thing?I called today to have someone help me out with some errands and to take me to an appointment.The dude said, yea girl I’m in town. I’ll get there when I get there. And then I didn’t hear anything back?Is this a serious business? Because if so, you shouldn’t be. This has got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever received.I had to cancel my appointment because you sir, never did get here. I wouldn’t trust being with you in a car anyway with that kind of attitude.Any other recommendations are appreciated as I’m new to town and don’t drive yet

Drivers yell a passengers , no help with groceries, speed thro towns, but very unreliable with time pick ups and regular people, all around bad service

DOOO NOT WASTE YOUR FRUSTRATIONS Iv called over 5 times today not 1 answer just like the rest of this run down township here’s 1 more fake company to add to the list I regret moving here seems like everyone in wallaceburg doesn’t want to work or wants to leave work 3 hours early or even worse doesn’t show up like “Tammy” over here

Terrible business with really bad customer sercive, they also only have one vehicle so dont count on a fast ride and most times they will say they cant give you a ride and hang up. Not reliable at all!

The owner is an awesome lady that does as much as she can without any government financial support, not even through the beginning of COVID and now Chatham-kent is trying to replace her with a 7am-7pm town bus which is stupid
