Very rude and unprofessional! I was told that I would get the same day service. Then they scheduled someone for the end of day for the next business day. We are in a rush, so we went with another company due to time restraints. I told this company and then received a nasty text saying this:“I am sorry to hear that you found another company to do your visit today. Had you mentioned your urgency I might have helped. But I guess sometimes things happen for the good. You would have been a difficult customer if it would have reached where we would have asked you to pay us our fees. This is evident from your careless attitude by not responding to my message above. Had I not called you my Engineer would have made a useless trip.ANY WAY THANKS FOR AT LEAST RESPONDING MY CALL.”
