I’ve received laser hair removal from Lily for the last year and I was so sad to say goodbye after our sessions had finished!! She cares so much for her clients and is truly one of a kind. She always makes sure i have a first class experience and always puts my comfort first. I will always re-book with Lily!

I am beyond impressed with all the services I have received here from Lily. Front staff was so friendly and knowledgeable.I got 2 different treatments done today. They have promo going on for a peel! Lily made me feel comfortable, pampered and educated me throughout the treatment. We had a detailed discussion about my goals. She talked me through the entire procedure so there are no surprises.I highly recommend Lily, she is knowledgeable, super friendly, and honest. She did not rush me into high intensity treatment.Definitely coming back to this clinic!

My appointment has been booked with the dermatologist since November, they called a ahead to reschedule it. Again in Dec it was cancelled due to some reasons, they cancel it again the mid of December due to something. They rebook me in January. It was confirmed via email and I got the confirmation.On Jan 9th I went there a time ahead of appointment the receptionist took my information and told me that my appointment has been cancelled due to the doctor's illness. I was shocked to hear that and not happy about that, the lady told me that the office called me twice today at 9 in the morning and then at 9:57 in the morning. I left work at 9:56 which I should not leave work if I knew my appointment has been cancelled. Why would I drive for 25 mins I showed my phone to her and said there is no phone call since morning or voicemail. I told her I didn't receive anything since morning, no email or call.I was like my treatment has not started yet and this is what happening with me.I have to leave work just to reach there on time. And then came back disappointing.Now again it is booked by the end of this month.Everyone's time is precious. they need to care about that.Won't give any star to them yet!!!.

Lily Nguyen is fantastic. I feel very very fortunate that she takes care of my skin. When she is doing a procedure, She always explains what she is doing and the benefits the procedure will do on my skin. She recommends skin treatments that will be best for my type of skin and my age. I totally trust her. She is very knowledgeable and because she loves her job, it makes her one of the best.I also strongly recommend Dr Jay Haubrich for any cosmetic procedures that would need to be done by a medical doctor. His professionalism, understanding of my needs (and what I can afford) and recommendations are the best. Every time I have an appointment and cosmetic procedure with him I always feel comfortable and safe. I have never been disappointed and it is why I have been seeing him and his staff (Lily)for at least 5 years, and I will continue.

Dr. Jay is very professional, makes you feel comfortable and gives you a lot of information on lip filler and doesn’t go over what’s right for you. Highly recommend him. Place is very clean and professional as well the staff is amazing.

I recentley visited Skin Physicians, and had the most amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Its beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.I received a facial lazor treatment from Marlene, one of their skilled medical estheticians. I was nevous but she took her time with me, and put me at ease by answering all my questions. It was truly a wonderful experience. Marlene was knowledgeable about the products and techniques she was using, which made me feel confident in the treatment.I was impressed with the range of options available, and appreciate that they offer more advanced procedures.Overall, I would highly recommend Skin physicians to anyone looking for a transformativ experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable, and the treatments are top-notch. I can't wait to go back!

Since I live in the area I thought I would give this clinic a try. I wanted to call and ask a quick question a few minutes before closing. The phone was answered without even giving me a chance to speak and I was immediately put on hold and left on hold as they closed. I’m pretty sure they put me on hold so they wouldn’t have to deal with a call at the end of the day. Let’s remember everyone’s time is valuable but seeing the reviews this experience makes sense.

Fabulous clinic. I was recently referred by my family doctor to treat a chronic condition and I couldn't be happier with the level of service that I've received. I've been in and out many times recently and they have been professional, friendly, and flexible without fault. My doc even waived a large fee the other day because there had been some confusion about the total cost. I'm so grateful for them, I feel like they've really changed my life for the better!

I went to go see Dr Neel Malhotra for a mole and he has been the only dermatologist to actually listen to me and hear me out. He was empathetic and kind. Highly recommend him!
