Supposidly there are three locations but every time I call any of them I only get the Coquitlam location. No-one is ever in the office for you to speak to. I just want a simple yes or no answer that the receptionist should know, but after calling twice yesterday I'm on the second day of still trying to find out.

Last Saturday I was starting to clean up the garage, a lot of stuff to get rid of. I decided to start in a back corner and cut up a heavy old wooden door left by previous owner. Surprise! It was an old firedoor and white dust everywhere. I phoned Urban Environment, just the luck of the google draw, someone answered, took a message and shortly Stephan called back arranged to come and see. He was professional in dealing with this tragedy, calm and reassuring. This week two very pleasant people came by, they seemed to know what they were doing and I was happy to give them the keys and go to work. On return, I looked in, they were gone and the place looked far better than before I started. No fuss or bother, good job. I was stressing a bit about the whole asbestos thing" but they were non-judgemental and all exuded confidence and that meant a lot. Of course I hope not to need them again but would definitely call them if I needed help."
