I have had dozens of repairs done at Malden Jewellers over the past several years. Items have been sized and stones set. I have also purchased items at this store and have been delighted with the quality and service that I received both with purchases and repairs. The owner is knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I’ve been going to Joe for repairs for quite a few years now and the work has always been done well, and at a reasonable price and timeframe. Now, however, they’ve had my chain in for repair for nearly 2 months. I received one call saying it was ready for pickup. I went in the next day (during the hours they have listed) and there was no one at the store. I’ve since gone almost 10 times to no resolve. I’ve also tried calling the phone number listed by the business multiple times a week and there’s never an answer, and the voicemail is full. At this point I’m not sure what to do and if I’ll even get my jewelry back.

I highly recommend this beautiful family-owned shop. They cleaned the build-up out of my engagement ring the very same day that my original store of purchase refused to do so thoroughly. JMJ also made useful recommendations on cleaning products for my ring and other jewelry. They are exceptionally kind and knowledgeable people who care about you and the maintenance of your jewelry.

Worst customer experience ever ! Should have walked out when I saw the dirty floors. Owner was rude and disrespectful. Can't understand why he is still in business.
