Terrible service. Nobody can be bothered to give you the time of day. Worst golf town I've ever been too

Worst service ever. Showed up when the store was empty and couldn't get anyone to help. I guess they preferred to talk together.

The girl that served me was very helpful and courteous we need more of this!!!

In the beginning of the summer, I decided to start playing golf and went to golf town to get a good set of beginner clubs. Immediately, the sales rep trying selling me a 1300$ set of taylormade clubs. I said that I felt like this was too expensive and that I didn't need everything right away, I just wanted a few irons, a wood and a putter to get started. When I looked at the used clubs with the rep, from the ones he recommended me, a set of callaways caught my eyes since I heard the brand was a good one. The rep said that they were good for beginners, so I bought them along with a used wood 3 and a golf bag (where the rep once again tried to sell me t he more expensive model)During the summer, I had a fairly had time learning how to hit these irons consistantly. They worked, but something felt off about them. That's when I noticed a little indication , saying those clubs were for women. I thought nothing of it at first; they are older clubs so they might just be pointlessly gendered. But after trying out the clubs of a friend, and comparing the length, I realised that the clubs I was sold were a good inch- inch and a half shorter then standard length.Basically, if you are a beginner who want to get an introduction set, don't go to golf town. Go to any pro shops from your local golf courses and you will get a much cheaper set with standard length, and if you like the sport you can move on to better sets. If you go to golf town, they will try selling you the premium sets, and if you don't buy it they won't even think about your needs when they try selling you a used set.

terrible service from this golf town, bought a sim 2 driver after hitting 3 golf balls at a driving range club broke, which isn't golf towns fault. I brought it back to repair , which the club has a a guarantee from Taylor made, I brought it mid may told me was gonna take a month, took more then that, then they told me they got my shaft, but I had to return a loaner which they never provided me, and wouldn't give me my club without the loaner after explaining that I never took a loaner, they gave me the shaft without the head, I never had took back my broken head. They said they would get back to me, but its been two weeks and still nothing I spent 800 on a driver I could never use, I just couldn't understand why they couldn't give me another driver and arrange it with Taylor made for the lemon of a driver I got. The service is horrible at this golf town never going back again.

Amazing service, was in and out, no pressure to buy anything I didn't want to, a great golf shopping experience.
