Late to collect and refused to pick up next day, citing plastic that doesn't belong" is in the blue bin when all items are sorted. Emailed with photos proving all items are sorted and demanding resolution to no avail."

They hit my 2020 Lexus RCF while my car is parked inside my driveway, What can I say, and the driver made a mess on my driveway and kicked all my recycling bins.

GFL is the worst recycling service in the world.They serve recycle service for east vancouver area but keep loosing my yellow bag and blue bin even though i put a sign on my yellow bag for the last time for a favour but still lost my yellow bag.This company is charging $5/ yellow bag if no yellow bag, GFL wont pick up ur recycle.So greedy company. They want to make money from everything. Disgusting and unprofessional

Completely unprofessional. I never review but when you miss pick ups on a weekly basis and I have to email you every week just so I can get my recycling picked up, then you know you are garbage company. Absolutely pathetic

This company goes out of it's way to avoid doing business with me. I have money and waste, I can't figure out what the problem is. Most of their staff I talk to are trying really hard to help me out, but they seem to keep hitting internal barriers.

They regularly “park” their massive truck completely across a busy street - blocking the ENTIRE street as if by design.The driver isn’t even in the truck. Just abandoned a massive vehicle while blocking a street in rush hour.This company should lose its license to operate.

The City totally missed the boat when they sold us out to this company. Totally unreliable service for my entire neighbourhood. We are lucky if they pick up our recycling once a month. Never an explanation when we call to complain. Sometimes they come a day or so later, other times, we have to wait until the following week. This results in us having our recycling strewn across the neighbourhood by pickers. I really hope the City of Vancouver does not renew your contract.
