Doctor Bascu says she won't see you again because you have missed too many appointments" (???). Ohh

I am very happy with the care received from Dr Bacsu. I have seen her several times. In each occasion I have left thinking positively regarding her professional diligence and advice.

The worst doctor to patient treatment ever. On top of that and knowing if she had listened, about the terrible discomfort I am in because of a stone. Bascu though she already had me out for another quickprocedure would not deal with it. She actually told me that I would have to live with the terrible discomfort. WOW!!! Never again will I let her treat me that way! I actually only spoke with her for 5 minutes before my procedure in which she argued every point I was trying to make. A well deserved one star!

I also found Dr. Bascu on the cold side. And overly formal with me which did not help me relax at all. But I'll stick with her because she is efficient, I trust her, and her staff is excellent.

I've never been more impressed or felt a doctor did more to help me in a time of crisis than Dr Bascu. She was extremely fast, efficient, compassionate and accommodating. I feel extremely lucky to have her as my urologist. Her office has always been a notch up in professionalism and especially communications.

Dr. Bascu saved my life after an impacted kidney stone caused sepsis. I was lucky to have her as the surgeon on call that day, and she has been kind, and helpful in following up on my care since the operation.

Dr Bacsu performed several procedures on me over the years. She is a marvellous doctor , very professional and friendly. She explained in detail why she recommended certain procedures. She and her staff are friendly and helpful. Great practice

I had a total of three conversations lasting approximately 10 minutes each over the course of a year and a half with Dr. Bascu. Never have I had a specialist in my extensive medical history be so dismissive, judgemental and disengaged. Instead of listening to concerns and explaining why she was choosing any one course of action, she would simply say “no I’m not doing that“. She would not explain why she was taking a particular course of action, or offer any information about how she would address concerns with the alternative she wanted to take. She actually said “I’m tired of people calling and I will not accept disrespect.“ If I’m not the only patient in the situation, that tells you something about the pattern. She sees inquiry as disrespect rather than genuine concern for one’s own medical situation. I am the first to defer to experts given their sound medical judgment, but my concerns were used to treat me like a peon, even though I have been in exactly the same situation countless times before and was trying to communicate what had worked and what didn’t she was defensive. One of her staff is actually very helpful; the other who apparently is no longer there is absolutely toxic. I tend to think that this is a symptom of leadership from the top.

In our 5-minute appointment, Dr. Bacsu said I have to live with my problem forever because she doesn't know how to solve it. I will never come back to this clinic again. Besides, their phone call reception is the worst; they enjoy hearing the machine reply to your call while they are doing nothing at the office. Once they found out you insisted on calling, they might reply .
