We came over to American Mailbox after using a different company for the past few years and have to say, I wish we had done it sooner.The location is great from both the Whirlpool and Rainbow bridges, there's plenty of parking and the weekend hours make it very convenient.The owner is really nice too, and the price is right in line, if not lower, then the competition.

Now that we can get back across the border, I'm thrilled to be able to use Chris's service at American Mailbox. He's very efficient and friendly to work with. You pick it up and pay whatever tax may be applicable at the border when you come back to Canada. It saves $ with those companies that either does not ship to Canada or those companies that ship free within the US.

Highly recommend. Cheaper and friendlier than the competition. We’ve had over 100 parcels delivered here over a few months and nothing has ever gone ‘missing’. Chris is friendly, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Been coming here for a few years now. The owner is very friendly and easy to deal with, good prices too. It makes for a quick pickup experience. They have everything you need in terms of supplies as well as other services as advertised on their site. I'll definitely keep on going there.

This was my first time using this service since I live in Niagara Falls Ontario, I can just walk across the border and pick up my parcel. The store is only 10 mins walk from the US border. Chris is such a nice guy super friendly and very helpful. Got my parcel at the store within 2 mins, very straightforward. And it costs only $2.50 per parcel. Best service in town for sure!

Absolutely no complaints! Great location, almost always parking available right at the front, great prices, and super friendly and efficient service! Chris also always replies to my emails quickly, which I also appreciate.
