They are rude and harassing my sister ... most days they call her 4 or 5 times a day from a blocked number .. there response o well ... don't get from them it's not worth it

If I could put 0 stars I would. They are very rude especially over the phone. And they like to get mouthy to their customers. And they are not understanding. Never again will I finance fr this place!

I've been threw Aarons now for 3 plus years an have had no issues, love the service an the people that work there nothing but nice an friendly treatment everytime I go in to pay love the product that I receive as well very much would recommend to everyone that I know

I think your service is great, however for as big as your company is, you need to invest in an answering machine to say your store hours or if you are closed. It would be really helpful, especially for someone like me who lives 2 1/2 hours away, i cant just run down to the store to see if your open. And i know its a stat holiday but there are business that are open today. Thank you.

I’ve been renting with Aaron’s for years and I will keep doing so. Awesome staff, has amazing deals, shorter leases, willing to work with you and your prices and if they don’t have what your looking for they get it. I would highly recommend them and will keep renting from them myself.

Manager Steve is very Rude. I've never had any problems with them over the years. I orderd a king size bedframe and unfortunately we only had it for a month and found bed bugs. Brand new in the box ! Instead of taking accountability for it he passed it onto the manufacturer 3rd party. He started raising his voice at me and started sounding condescending at my complaint. I asked for the month off ! He said it was not going to happen. I said it's going to cost me money to hire a pesticide for the bed. Not working he said.

Sorry have to give lower stars...We are kind of back about a month and was told $460 would be good to hold off till the end of the month but My Sister happened to pass away so we got side tracked and to top it off we have no vehicle atm but have the money to pay...we got a call this morning from Aarons being rude calling My Wife a liar about My Sister passing also we might be behind about a month no big deal really and almost done paying for the stuff we got from them...but we now owe $800 cause our explanation wasn't a good enough reason...they were nice in the beginning but miss a payment then the hate comes out...
