I was in a bad car accident this weekend during a fierce rain and hail storm. One of your drivers took the time out of his day to help pull my car out of the ditch with his truck in the pouring rain and hail. My worst day was corrected by one of your employees. I have the upmost respect and gratitude for the favour your employee did for me. Saved our weekend. Thank you
