I went here for my first ever esports tournament back in 2014. Beautiful place, made a lot of good memories. Hope to have the same experience again someday.

We went to the Cafe at 12 P.M. but it wasn’t opened, we waited 30 minutes there and it still wasn’t opened, at this point I’m not even sure if the store is going to open or not. The owner should change opening time if they were going to open later or arrive at the store earlier and open the store at the said time.

Brought my kids here a few times. There is swearing from gamers. Asked the girl who was working to ask the guest to mind the language as there are juniors but also as a common courtesy for other guests. She said it wasn't here responsibility, people can swear and wouldn't give the name of her manager to help resolve my issue. I also couldn't grt any help for starting a game for my kids. You pay and on your own, no service here.

Kind of dirty (& no paper towels in the bathrooms), plus there were a lot of technical issues. Very crowded

They gave away our reso for being a minute late, so we sat in the main area but no one told us how things work and took 30 mins getting us set up… the food was trash, took 40 mins to get like 20 stale fries, 45 mins to get the wrong drink order and gave me a stomach after… everything was dirty and not sanitized, my friends space bar was flying off the keyboard every 5 minutes. Idk if it was the manager but he was trying us, talking really disrespectful giving us attitude. Please go to the downtown one, they have alcohol and way better staff.will never be coming back to the north York spot.

The host here is amazing. I think he's the owner of this franchise; he wears what seems to be beach shorts.He noticed that I was upset and offered me a *free green tea* to calm my nerves. He kept smiling the whole time, and engaging me in a conversation. He cares more about engagement than he does financially, I'll never forget this moment!!

The price is reasonable and the place is relatively clean. The only problem we had was the bathroom (not as clean and often did not have toilet paper). Some staff were very rude and did not seem to want customers coming in yet alone asking them questions.

Staff is great, probably one of the best internet cafes I've been to in Toronto. Venue is quite large and very clean. Decent prices to play and venue has a good variety or hot food and cold beverages. I think the only thing I'd like is if they had gaming chairs with adjustable height and back support. Other than that, I love it here. Will definitely be coming back.

Good as always! Been their customer for 4 years already and never let us down with pricing or broken machines. Everything been good constantly
