Was in Saturday feb 11 and had a great experience at this store! I am very into fitness know very little about supplements and the store clerk was extremely knowledgeable, nice and made my experience great! Left with great products thanks to him and will be back for sure!

Purchased the new Blue Star pre-workout in the rock candy flavour about 1 month ago. This particular flavour is very sweet but the effect is nice, no jitters. I'll definitely try a different flavour.Please read the dosage on the container as I've effectively been taking a double dose with half the water, obviously my fault. Good product none the less.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and make the experience enjoyable. In particular, I usually deal with Brandon who is always very welcoming and ready to assist with any questions regarding the products. Overall, this is my favourite location to shop from and will continue to do so.

This store is LEGIT! Great selection, friendly staff, and was a great stop for us when visiting from out of town. 10/10 would recommend this spot. Prices are great too!

Not sure how the exchange policy works in any suppliment stote but I went there today to exchange a product I didn't like but was told that they didnt take the product back if i didn't like?? and told me to buy another product from the store to supplement what i was lacking from the product I came to return.I am sure the gentleman in the store is really knowledgeable and was helpful in the first place but even with his 19 years of experience in this field I am sure the there is a lot to learn about the customer service. I was a regular but sad to say i will have to find another store to get my products.Good luck.

Terrible experience overall, the men at the counter were very rude, one of them even questioned my IQ. I told them I was on a budget but they still tried to up sell me on everything. The protein powder I bought tasted terrible so I tried to return it and they told me they don't do returns at that location. On the website it states that you can return or exchange any product for any reason if not completely satisfied. But they turned me away.
